Claims (7)
- 이소시아네이트계 중합체 40 내지 60 중량부, 폴리올계 중합체 30 내지 60 중량부, 사슬확장제 5 내지 30 중량부, 촉매 0.1 내지 2.0 중량부, 무기물 분말 60 내지 80 중량부, 산화방지제 0.03 내지 0.06 중량부, 자외선 안정제 0.04 내지 0.1 중량부 및 난연제 0.1 내지 0.5 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 무기물 분말은 알루미늄, 철 및 중석으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지고, 외표면이 실란 커플링제로 코팅되며,
상기 난연제는 할로겐류, 인산에스테르류 및 수산화화합물류로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 해저 케이블 보호관용 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 사슬확장제는 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올 및 3-메틸-1,5-펜탄디올, 폴리카프로락톤디올 및 폴리카보네이트디올로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 해저 케이블 보호관용 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 아민류, 금속염류 및 나프텐산류로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 해저 케이블 보호관용 폴리우레탄 조성물. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화방지제는 퀴논류, 아민류 및 페놀류로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 해저 케이블 보호관용 폴리우레탄 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 자외선 안정제는 인산류, 티오에스테르류, 산화아연류 및 산화티탄류로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 해저 케이블 보호관용 폴리우레탄 조성물.
