Abstract
Description
[硬度の測定方法]
前記熱硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物を内径30mm、高さ10mmの円柱状の成形体とし、120℃以上の熱履歴を与える前に、JIS K 7312に準拠しアスカーC硬度計を用いて硬度を測定する。次いで、前記成形体を130℃で1,000時間保管した後、JIS K 7312に準拠しアスカーC硬度計を用いて硬度を測定する。加熱前のアスカーC硬度をHc0、加熱後のアスカーC硬度をHc1としたとき、以下の式で評される値を熱履歴前後のアスカーC硬度の変化率とする。
アスカーC硬度の変化率(%)=(Hc1−Hc0)/Hc0×100
温度計、窒素ガス導入管、攪拌器を備えた窒素置換された容器中に、ポリカーボネートポリオール(クラレポリオールC−2090、クラレ株式会社製)を100質量部、トリメチロールプロパンを2質量部、テトライソプロピルチタネートを0.01質量部とを入れ、220℃で10時間撹拌し、水酸基の当量重量が78mgKOH/gのポリカーボネートポリオール(i)を得た。前記ポリカーボネートポリオール(i)は、25℃で液状であった。
温度計、窒素ガス導入管、攪拌器を備えた窒素置換された容器中に、ポリカーボネートポリオール(クラレポリオールC−2090、クラレ株式会社製)を100質量部、ペンタエリスリトールを2質量部、テトライソプロピルチタネートを0.01質量部とを入れ、220℃で10時間撹拌し、水酸基の当量重量が91mgKOH/gのポリカーボネートポリオール(ii)を得た。前記ポリカーボネートポリオール(ii)は、25℃で液状であった。
温度計、窒素ガス導入管、攪拌器を備えた窒素置換された容器中に、ポリカーボネートポリオール(クラレポリオールC−2090、クラレ株式会社製)を100質量部、ジペンタエリスリトールを2質量部、テトライソプロピルチタネートを0.01質量部とを入れ、220℃で10時間撹拌し、水酸基の当量重量が85mgKOH/gのポリカーボネートポリオール(iii)を得た。前記ポリカーボネートポリオール(iii)は、25℃で液状であった。
ポリカーボネートポリオール(i)100g、ジオクチルスズジデカネート0.5mg、パンデックスGCA−12(イソシアヌレート型ポリイソシアネート、DIC製)12.6g、DAW−07(球状アルミナ、デンカ製)338g、イルガノックス245(酸化防止剤、チバスペシャリティケミカルズ製)1gを70℃で混合撹拌し、100℃に加熱した所定形状の金型(内径30mm、高さ10mmの円柱状)に注入した。その後、100℃で1時間加熱した後、70℃で16時間加熱養生し、室温に放冷して、ウレタン成形物(A)を得た。
実施例1と同様に、表1のとおり、ポリオールを変更し、ウレタン成形物(B)〜(D)、(a)を得た。
実施例1〜4、比較例1で得られたウレタン成形物(A)の硬度をJIS K 7312に準拠し、アスカーC硬度計(高分子計器株式会社製)にて測定した。
得られたウレタン成形体(A)〜(D)、(a)を150℃で24時間保管し、目視で形状を確認し、耐熱変形性を評価した。評価基準は以下の通りとした。
〇:変化なし
△:わずかに変形
×:溶解
得られたウレタン成形体(A)〜(D)、(a)を130℃で1,000時間保管し、再度、その硬度をJIS K 7312に準拠し、アスカーC硬度計(高分子計器株式会社製)で測定した。加熱前のアスカーC硬度をHc0、加熱後のアスカーC硬度をHc1としたとき、以下の式で表される変化率に基づき、以下の基準で耐熱硬化性を評価した。
アスカーC硬度の変化率(%)=(Hc1-Hc0)/Hc0×100
〇:硬度変化率が±10%未満
△:硬度変化率が±10%以上
×:溶解
Claims (6)
- 主剤(I)、硬化剤(II)及び無機充填剤(III)を含む熱硬化性樹脂組成物であって、
前記主剤(I)が、ポリオール(a)を含むものであり、
前記ポリオール(a)が、25℃において液状のポリカーボネートポリオール(a1)を含むものであり、
前記硬化剤(II)が、ポリイソシアネート(b)を含むものである熱硬化性樹脂組成物。 - 前記25℃において液状のポリカーボネートポリオールの平均官能基数が、2超である請求項1記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート(b)が、3官能以上のポリイソシアネート(b1)を含むものである請求項1又は2記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤(III)が、酸化アルミニウム、水酸化アルミニウム、窒化アルミニウム及び窒化ホウ素からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種を含むものである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤(III)の含有率が、40質量%以上90質量%以下である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の熱硬化性樹脂組成物の硬化物。
