Claims (9)
- 회전성형에 의하여 생성되며, 1,1-디페닐-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1-(-3,6-디-t-부틸-플루오레닐)-메탄-지르코늄 이염화물 또는 이소프로필-(시클로펜타디에닐-플루오레닐)지르코늄 이염화물로부터 선택된 메탈로센을 사용하여 생성된 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌, 또는 이소프로필리덴-(3-t-부틸-5-메틸시클로펜타디에닐)(플루오레닐)지르코늄 이염화물인 메탈로센을 사용하여 생성된, 프로필렌의 이소택틱 랜덤 공중합체를 포함하는 단층 회전성형 물품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융 흐름 지수(MI2)는 3∼40 g/10 분인 것인 단층 회전성형 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, ASTM D 1003-00의 방법에 의하여 측정된 상기 물품의 투과율은 60% 초과인 것인 단층 회전성형 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 몰드 상의 2개의 기준점 사이의 거리와 비교하여 냉각된 성형물품 상의 동일한 2개의 기준점 사이의 거리의 수축을 백분율로 측정한 수축율이 2% 미만인 것인 단층 회전성형 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 충격 강도는 4 J/㎜ 이상인 것인 단층 회전성형 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 굴곡 항복 강도는 12.5 ㎫ 이상인 것인 단층 회전성형 물품.
- 1,1-디페닐-1-시클로펜타디에닐-1-(-3,6-디-t-부틸-플루오레닐)-메탄-지르코늄 이염화물 또는 이소프로필-(시클로펜타디에닐-플루오레닐)지르코늄 이염화물로부터 선택된 메탈로센을 사용하여 생성된 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌, 또는 이소프로필리덴-(3-t-부틸-5-메틸시클로펜타디에닐)(플루오레닐)지르코늄 이염화물인 메탈로센을 사용하여 생성된, 프로필렌의 이소택틱 랜덤 공중합체를 이용하여 단층 회전성형 물품을 제조하는 방법.
