Claims (11)
- 삭제
- 공구의 표면에 도포되는 경질 코팅막이며,상기 경질 코팅막은 하나의 층 위에 다른 층이 교대로 위치되는 A층 및 B층을 포함하고,상기 A층의 각각은 공식 Al1-a-bSiaMgb(BxCyNz)로 표현되는 조성을 갖고,여기서, a, b, x, y 및 z는 0≤a≤0.35, 0≤b≤0.2, 0.03≤a+b≤0.5, 0≤x≤0.2, 0≤y≤0.4, 0.5≤z≤1 및 x+y+z=1인 원자비를 나타내고,상기 B층의 각각은 공식 Ti1-m-nCrmAln(BoCpNq)로 표현되는 조성을 갖고,여기서, m, n, o, p 및 q는 0≤m≤0.5, 0.5≤n≤0.75, 0≤1-m-n≤0.5, 0≤o<1, 0≤p<1, 0<q≤1 및 o+p+q=1 인 원자비를 나타내고,상기 A층 및 B층의 각각은 2nm 이상 200nm 이하의 두께를 갖는, 공구의 표면에 도포되는 경질 코팅막.

- 제2항에 있어서, 0≤x≤0.15인, 공구의 표면에 도포되는 경질 코팅막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 0≤y≤0.2인, 공구의 표면에 도포되는 경질 코팅막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 0.6≤n≤0.75인, 공구의 표면에 도포되는 경질 코팅막.
