- 하기 (1)식으로 표시되는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지용 부극 활물질.LixM1aM2bTiOz (1)단, M1은, Zr, Ge, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M2는, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Ti의 산화수가 +4이고, x, a, b 및 z는, 0.01≤x≤0.2, 0.005≤a≤0.1, 0.005≤b≤0.1, 2≤z≤2.5이다.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은, 아나타제 결정상 및 루틸 결정상 중 적어도 한쪽의 결정상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지용 부극 활물질.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 원소 M1이 Si 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Mn, 상기 원소 M1이 Si 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Cr, 상기 원소 M1이 Zr 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Fe, 상기 원소 M1이 Zr 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Mn, 또는 상기 원소 M1이 Al 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Fe인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지용 부극 활물질.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은, 일차 입자 직경이 10㎚ 이상, 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지용 부극 활물질.
- 정극과,하기 (1)식으로 표시되는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 부극과,비수전해질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.LixM1aM2bTiOz (1)단, M1은, Zr, Ge, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M2는, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Ti의 산화수가 +4이고, x, a, b 및 z는, 0.01≤x≤0.2, 0.005≤a≤0.1, 0.005≤b≤0.1, 2≤z≤2.5이다.
- 제5항에 있어서,적어도 상기 부극의 전위가 2.1V(vs. Li/Li+) 이상, 3.2V(vs. Li/Li+) 이하인 때에 상기 금속 산화물이 상기 (1)식으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 원소 M1이 Si 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Mn, 상기 원소 M1이 Si 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Cr, 상기 원소 M1이 Zr 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Fe, 상기 원소 M1이 Zr 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Mn, 또는 상기 원소 M1이 Al 또한 상기 원소 M2가 Fe인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은, 아나타제 결정상 및 루틸 결정상 중 적어도 한쪽의 결정상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은, 일차 입자 직경이 10㎚ 이상, 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 전지.
- 비수전해질 전지를 구비하는 전지 팩으로서, 상기 비수전해질 전지는,정극과, 하기 (1)식으로 표시되는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 부극과, 비수전해질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.LixM1aM2bTiOz (1)단, M1은, Zr, Ge, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M2는, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Ti의 산화수가 +4이고, x, a, b 및 z는, 0.01≤x≤0.2, 0.005≤a≤0.1, 0.005≤b≤0.1, 2≤z≤2.5이다.

- 제13항에 있어서,상기 금속 산화물은, 일차 입자 직경이 10㎚ 이상, 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지 팩.
- 비수전해질 전지를 복수개 접속한 전지 팩을 가지는 자동차에 있어서, 상기 비수전해질 전지는,정극과, 하기 (1)식으로 표시되는 금속 산화물을 포함하는 부극과, 비수전해질을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.LixM1aM2bTiOz (1)단, M1은, Zr, Ge, Si 및 Al로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, M2는, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소이고, Ti의 산화수가 +4이고, x, a, b 및 z는, 0.01≤x≤0.2, 0.005≤a≤0.1, 0.005≤b≤0.1, 2≤z≤2.5이다.
