Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 피복 분산액에 대한 흡수능이 상이한 2개 이상의 부분 구조체를 함유하는 촉매 지지체를 피복 분산액을 사용하여 촉매 활성 피복물로 피복하는 방법에 있어서, 촉매 지지체의 제1 부분 구조체가 다공성 필터 매트이고, 촉매 지지체의 제2 부분 구조체가 비다공성 금속 호일이며, 상기 촉매 지지체를 예비피복하여 하나 이상의 부분 구조체의 흡수능을 개질시킨 다음, 촉매 활성 피복물을 도포함을 특징으로 하는, 촉매 지지체의 피복 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비피복이 소각(burning out), 증발 및/또는 기화 가능한 재료를 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 알콜, 왁스 또는 왁스 에멀젼이 소각 가능한 재료로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 예비피복이 물을 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 예비피복이 수 혼화성 액체를 사용하여 수행되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 알콜이 수 혼화성 액체로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 예비피복이 수 비혼화성 유기 액체를 사용하여 수행되는 방 법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 탄화수소가 수 비혼화성 유기 액체로서 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비피복 매질이 촉매 활성 물질, 이의 전구체 또는 이들 둘 다를 포함하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 예비피복이 촉매 지지체를 예비피복 매질에 침지시키거나 예비피복 매질을 촉매 지지체 속으로 흡수시킴으로써 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매 피복물이 도포 후에 건조, 하소 또는 건조 및 하소되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 제조할 수 있는, 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스로부터의 매연 입자를 제거하기 위한 촉매.
