Description
前記排気ガス流をディーゼル酸化触媒を通過させて、該ディーゼル酸化触媒を通過する前記排気ガス流中に生成されるNO2の濃度をエンジンから出るNO2の濃度に比べて抑制するステップと、
下流の触媒すすフィルタを通じてNO/NO2比を制御し、下流の選択的接触還元触媒の制御を強化するステップと、を含み、
前記ディーゼル酸化触媒が、触媒すすフィルタにおけるよりも少ない量の白金を有していることを特徴とする方法により解決されることを見出した。
NO2を含む前記排気ガス流の経路内の、前記エンジンからの下流のディーゼル酸化触媒であって、前記ディーゼル酸化触媒の動作ウィンドウの90%について、前記ディーゼル酸化触媒を通過した後、前記排気ガス流内に追加的なNO2を実質的に生成しないために有効な、白金を含む触媒を含有する、前記ディーゼル酸化触媒と、
前記ディーゼル酸化触媒から下流に配置された触媒すすフィルタであって、前記触媒すすフィルタは、前記フィルタ上に白金を有する酸化触媒組成物を含み、前記触媒すすフィルタは、前記フィルタを出ていくNO対NO2比を最適化するために有効である、前記触媒すすフィルタと、
前記触媒すすフィルタから下流に位置するNOx還元触媒と、
を含み、前記ディーゼル酸化触媒が、前記触媒すすフィルターよりも少ない量の白金を有していることを特徴とする排気処理システムが提供される。
Claims (4)
- ディーゼルエンジンから出るNOxと粒子状物質とを含む排気ガス流を処理する方法であって、
前記排気ガス流をディーゼル酸化触媒を通過させて、該ディーゼル酸化触媒を通過する前記排気ガス流中に生成されるNO2の濃度をエンジンから出るNO2の濃度に比べて抑制するステップと、
ディーゼル酸化触媒の下流に位置付けられた触媒すすフィルタを通じてNO/NO2比を制御し、触媒すすフィルタの下流に位置付けられた選択的接触還元触媒の制御を強化するステップと、を含み、
前記ディーゼル酸化触媒が、触媒すすフィルタにおけるよりも少ない量の白金を有していることを特徴とする方法。 - 選択的接触還元触媒の前に、前記排気ガス流の中へ還元剤を計量導入するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記選択的接触還元触媒に次いで、残留還元剤を酸化させるステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記NO/NO2比が、0.6〜1.4の範囲に制御される、請求項3に記載の方法。
