Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 内燃機関エンジン排気ライン内で粒子状物質フィルタとして使用することができる、触媒に適用するための均質濾過構造を得る方法であり、
前記構造はハニカムフィルタ要素の複数を備え、および前記構造は、
a)前記要素の構成支持材料の均質性基準の特性は、触媒被覆のない状態で、前のステップにて判断されること、前記基準は、水などの液体内への浸漬後の、平均水吸着値、孔分布ピークの中間高さ幅および材料の孔の詰まりを取り除く圧力によって形成された群から選択されること、
b)前記構造を作る前記要素は、この均質性基準により選択および分類されること、ならびに
c)前記均質性基準を満たす前記要素は、要素内および1つの要素から別の要素までの、気相中の汚染物質を処理する触媒の均質被着に適した構造が得られるように組み立てられていること
を特徴とする、前記方法。 - 前記触媒が、組立てステップの前または後に適切な量で被着されるステップd)をさらに含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 支持材料が、SiC炭化物によるものである、すなわち、支持材料が、少なくとも30重量%、好ましくは少なくとも70重量%、およびさらに好ましくは少なくとも98重量%のSiCを含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記均質性基準が、要素の集団の平均水吸着値特徴を使用して測定された分散または標準偏差に照らして測定される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。

- 前記支持材料の気孔率が44%から50%の間であり、前記支持材料の平均孔直径が10μmから18μmの間である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 選択した要素が、前に測定した水吸着値に対して2%未満、好ましくは1%未満の標準偏差を有する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 選択した要素が、5μm未満の水銀ポロシメータによって測定された気孔率ピーク中間高さ幅を有する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用して得ることができる、触媒適用のための均質濾過構造。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法を使用して得ることができる触媒フィルタ。
- 触媒塗布のための均質濾過構造の製造のため、または触媒フィルタの製造のための、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法の使用であり、支持材料は、30%から70%の間の気孔率、および/または6μmから30μmの間の平均孔直径を有する、前記使用。
