Abstract
Description
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開き、第二の面で閉じ、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開き、第一の面で閉じ、
第一の触媒材料が多孔質基材内に分布しており、
微多孔膜が第一の複数の内部表面の縦方向に延びる第一の部分上の第一の複数のチャネルに提供され、
第一の部分が、第一の複数のチャネルの75から95%の長さにわたって、第一の面から延びるモノリスが提供される。
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、
第一の触媒材料が多孔質基材全体に分布しており、
微多孔膜が、第一の複数のチャネルに提供され、第一の複数の内部表面をコーティングし、
微多孔膜が、閉鎖した第二の面に隣接する領域で最も大きくなるように、縦方向に沿って増加する厚さを有する、モノリスが提供される。
間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有する多孔質基材を提供し、第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、第一の複数のチャネルが第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第二の複数のチャネルが第二の複数の内部表面を提供すること;
多孔質基材に第一の触媒材料を含有するウォッシュコートを浸透させて多孔質基材内に分布する第一の触媒材料を提供すること;並びに
第一の複数の内部表面上に微多孔膜を形成すること
を含む方法が提供される。
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、
第一の触媒材料が多孔質基材全体に分布しており、
微多孔膜が第一の複数の内部表面の縦方向に延びる第一の部分上の第一の複数のチャネルに提供され、
第一の部分が第一の面から第一の複数のチャネルの80から90%の長さに延びるモノリスが提供される。
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、
第一の触媒材料が多孔質基材全体に分布しており、
微多孔膜が第一の複数の内部表面の縦方向に延びる第一の部分上の第一の複数のチャネルに提供され、
第一の部分が、第一の複数のチャネルの75から95%の長さにわたって、第一の面から延び、
微多孔膜が、第一の面に隣接する領域で最も大きくなるように、縦方向に沿って減少する厚さを有する、モノリスが提供される。

多孔質基材が、第一の面から縦方向に延びる第一のセクション及び第二の面から第一の面へ縦方向に延びる第二のセクションを有し、第一の触媒材料が第二のセクション全体に分布しており、縦方向における第一のセクションの長さと縦方向における第二のセクションとの長さの比が5:95から15:85である、モノリスが提供される。
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、
第一の触媒材料が多孔質基材全体に分布しており、
微多孔膜が第一の複数のチャネルに提供され、第一の複数の内部表面をコーティングし、

Claims (16)
- 排出処理システムにおける使用のための触媒ウォールフローモノリスであって、
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、
第一の触媒材料が多孔質基材内に分布しており、
微多孔膜が第一の複数の内部表面の縦方向に延びる第一の部分上の第一の複数のチャネルに提供され、且つ、
第一の部分が、第一の複数のチャネルの75から95%の長さにわたって、第一の面から延びる、モノリス。 - 第一の部分が、第一の複数のチャネルの80から90%の長さに延びる、請求項1に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 微多孔膜が、第一の面に隣接する領域で最も大きくなるように、縦方向に沿って減少する厚さを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 多孔質基材が、第一の面から縦方向に延びる第一のセクションと、第二の面から第一の面へ縦方向に延びる第二のセクションとを有し、第一の触媒材料が第二のセクション全体に分布している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 縦方向の第一のセクションの長さと縦方向の第二のセクションの長さとの比が5:95から15:85である、請求項4に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 排出処理システムにおける使用のための触媒ウォールフローモノリスであって、
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、
第一の触媒材料が多孔質基材全体に分布しており、
微多孔膜が第一の複数のチャネルに提供され、第一の複数の内部表面をコーティングし、且つ、
微多孔膜が、閉鎖した第二の面に隣接する領域で最も大きくなるように、縦方向に沿って増加する厚さを有する、モノリス。 - 微多孔膜が、閉鎖した第二の面に隣接する領域において、使用中の背圧が第一の面に隣接する領域の背圧よりも少なくとも20%大きくなるような厚さを有する、請求項6に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 微多孔膜が、第一の触媒材料とは異なる第二の触媒材料、好ましくはスート燃焼促進剤触媒を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 灰を捕捉するための微多孔膜上のコーティングを更に含み、コーティングが好ましくはセリアを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 触媒的尿素加水分解のための微多孔膜上のコーティングを更に含む、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 微多孔膜が、最大80μm、好ましくは20から60μmの平均厚さを有する、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のウォールフローモノリス。
- 多孔質基材全体に分布している触媒材料が、CHA、LEV、ERI、DDR、KFI、EAB、PAU、MER、AEI、GOO、YUG、GIS、VNI及びAFT構造ファミリーより選択される小細孔ゼオライトから選択されている、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリス。
- 燃焼排気ガスの流れを処理するための排気処理システムであって、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリスを含み、第二の面が第一の面の下流部である、システム。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の触媒ウォールフローモノリスの製造のための方法であって、
間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有する多孔質基材を提供することであって、第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、第一の複数のチャネルが第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第二の複数のチャネルが第二の複数の内部表面を提供する、こと;
多孔質基材に第一の触媒材料を含有するウォッシュコートを浸透させて多孔質基材内に分布する第一の触媒材料を提供すること;並びに
第一の複数の内部表面上に微多孔膜を形成することを含む、方法。 - NOx及び粒子状物質を含む燃焼排気ガスの流れを処理するための方法であって、排気流に請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のモノリスを通過させることを含み、第二の面が第一の面の下流部である、方法。
- 排出処理システムにおける使用のための触媒ウォールフローモノリスであって、
多孔質基材を含み、間に縦方向を規定する第一の面及び第二の面並びに縦方向に延びる第一及び第二の複数のチャネルを有し、
第一の複数のチャネルが、第一の複数の内部表面を提供し、第一の面で開いており、第二の面で閉じており、第二の複数のチャネルが、第二の面で開いており、第一の面で閉じており、
第一の触媒材料が、第一の複数のチャネルの75から95%の長さにわたって、第一の面から多孔質基材内に分布しており、
微多孔膜が、第一及び/又は第二の複数のチャネルの長さに沿って、多孔質基材上に配置されている、モノリス。
