Claims (7)
- 질량비로 Sn: 2.0∼6.0%와, Zn: 3.0∼10.0%와, Bi: 0.1∼3.0%와, P: 0.1<P≤0.6%와, Ni: 0.0<Ni≤3.0%와, Pb: 0.5∼2.0%를 함유하고, 나머지가 Cu 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지고, 2차 덴드라이트 암 간격이 14㎛ 이상인 합금 영역에서, 고온하에서의 인장강도를 개선하여, 주물의 건전성도 확보한 것을 특징으로 하는 청동계 저연 사형주조주물.
- 질량비로 Sn: 2.0∼6.0%와, Zn: 3.0∼10.0%와, Bi: 0.1∼3.0%와, P: 0.1<P≤0.6%와, Ni: 0.0<Ni≤3.0%와, Se: 0.0<Se≤1.3%와, Pb: 0.5∼2.0%를 함유하고, 나머지가 Cu 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지고, 2차 덴드라이트 암 간격이 14㎛ 이상인 합금 영역에서, 고온하에서의 인장강도를 개선하여, 주물의 건전성도 확보한 것을 특징으로 하는 청동계 저연 사형주조주물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 적어도 180℃에서의 인장강도 152MPa를 확보한 것을 특징으로 하는 청동계 저연 사형주조주물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 밸브·수전 금구 또는 수도미터기를 제조하는 재료로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 청동계 저연 사형주조주물.
