- 복수의 가변용량형 유압펌프와,상기 복수의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출오일에 의해 구동되는 복수의 액추에이터와,상기 각 액추에이터로 공급되는 압력오일의 방향을 변환하는 복수의 파일럿변환밸브와,상기 복수의 파일럿 변환밸브로 파일럿 압력을 공급하는 복수의 작업기용 조작변환밸브와,상기 각 작업기용 조작변환밸브를 변환제어하는 복수의 조작레버와,상기 각 파일럿 변환밸브의 전후차압(差壓)을 소정값으로 보상하는 압력보상밸브와,상기 각 가변용량형 유압펌프의 각 토출유로 사이를 연통시키는 합류위치와 각 토출유로 사이를 차단하는 분류위치로 변환하는 주 합류·분류밸브와,상기 복수의 액추에이터의 부하압에서 가장 고압의 부하압을 상기 압력보상밸브의 각각에 설정(set)압력으로 공급하는 복수의 부하압 도입유로(負荷壓導入流路)와,이들 복수의 부하압 도입유로 사이를 연통시키는 합류(合流)위치와 이들 부하압 도입유로 사이를 차단하는 분류위치로 변환하는 부 합류·분류밸브와,상기 각 가변용량형 유압펌프와 복수의 파일럿 변환밸브를 연통하는 복수의 토출유로와,상기 파일럿 변환밸브의 입력압력을 검출하는 조작상황 입력수단과,상기 각 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 토출압 검출수단과, 컨트롤러를 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는,상기 조작상황 입력수단으로부터의 신호에 의하여 상기 각 액추에이터의 조작상황을 판단하는 조작상황 판단부와,상기 복수의 각 조작레버의 다양한 조작위치에서 상기 각 액추에이터에 대해 미리 작성된 조작패턴을 기억하는 조작패턴 기억부와,상기 조작상황 판단부에 의해 판단된 조작상황이 상기 기억부에 기억된 상기 조작패턴의 어느 패턴과 합치하는가를 대조하는 패턴대조부와,상기 조작패턴 기억부에 기억된 조작패턴마다 미리 설정된 토출압력을 기억하는 토출압 기억부와,상기 대조의 결과, 합치하는 조작패턴에 관하여 상기 각 토출압 검출수단에 의해 검출된 실제의 토출압력과, 상기 토출압 기억부에 기억된 조작패턴마다의 설정토출압력의 비교결과에 의해 실제의 토출압력이 설정압보다 높을 때는 상기 주 합류·분류밸브를 분류측으로 변환하고, 상기 실제의 토출압력이 설정압력보다 낮을 때에는 상기 주 합류·분류밸브를 합류측으로 변환하는 지령신호 판정부와,상기 지령신호 판정부의 지령신호를 출력하는 지령신호 출력부를 구비하며,상기 컨트롤러가 주 합류·분류밸브 및 부 합류·분류밸브를 합류위치에 각각 액추에이터가 작동상태에 있고, 일부의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출압력이 설정압력을 초과할 때, 상기 주 합류·분류밸브를 합류위치에서 분류위치로 변환하고, 상기 복수의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출유량 조정을 한 후에 상기 부 합류·분류밸브를 합류위치에서 분류위치로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,주 합류·분류밸브 및 부 합류·분류밸브가 분류위치에서 각 액추에이터가 작동상태이고, 일부의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출압력이 설정압력보다 낮은 때, 상기 부 합류·분류밸브를 분류위치에서 합류위치로 변환하고, 상기 각 액추에이터의 압력보상을 한 후에 상기 주 합류·분류밸브를 분류위치에서 합류위치로 변환하도록 상기 주 합류·분류밸브 및 부 합류·분류밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 가변용량형 유압펌프측의 압력보상밸브 및 액추에이터 사이의 유로와, 다른 가변용량형 유압펌프 및 주 합류·분류밸브 사이의 유로를 체크기능이 부가된 압력보상밸브를 통해서 연결하는 바이패스유로를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압제어장치.
- 제1 및 제2의 가변용량형 유압펌프와,상기 제1 및 제2의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출오일에 의해 구동되는 복수의 액추에이터와.상기 각 액추에이터로 공급되는 압력오일의 방향을 변환하는 복수의 파일럿 변환밸브와,상기 복수의 파일럿 변환밸브로 파일럿 압력을 공급하는 복수의 작업기용 조작변환밸브와,상기 각 작업기용 조작변환밸브를 변환제어하는 복수의 조작레버와,상기 각 파일럿 변환밸브의 전후차압을 소정값으로 보상하는 압력보상밸브와,상기 제1 및 제2의 가변용량형 유압펌프와 복수의 파일럿 변환밸브를 연통하는 복수의 토출유로와,상기 제1 및 제2의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 각 토출유로 사이를 연통시키는 합류위치와 각 토출유로 사이를 차단하는 분류위치로 변환하는 주 합류·분류밸브와,상기 복수의 액추에이터의 부하압에서 가장 고압의 부하압력을 상기 압력보상밸브의 각각에 설정압력으로서 공급하는 복수의 부하압 도입유로와,상기 복수의 부하압 도입유로 사이를 연통시키는 합류위치와 이들 부하압 도입유로 사이를 차단하는 분류위치로 변환하는 부 합류·분류밸브와상기 파일럿 변환밸브의 입력압력을 검출하는 조작상황 입력수단과,상기 제1 및 제2의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 토출압 검출수단과, 컨트롤러를 구비하고,상기 컨트롤러는,상기 조작상황 입력수단의 신호에 의해 상기 각 액추에이터의 조작상황을 판단하는 조작상황 판단부와,상기 복수의 각 조작레버의 다양한 조작위치에서 상기 각 액추에이터에 대해 미리작성된 조작패턴을 기억하는 조작패턴 기억부와,상기 조작상황 판단부에 의해 판단된 조작상황이, 상기 기억부에 기억된 상기 조작패턴의 어느 패턴과 합치하는 지를 대조하는 패턴대조부와,상기 조작패턴 기억부에 기억된 조작패턴마다 미리 설정된 토출압력을 기억하는 토출압 기억부와,상기 대조의 결과 합치하는 조작패턴에 관하여 상기 각 토출압검출수단에 의해 검출된 실제의 토출압과, 상기 토출압 기억부에 기억된 조작패턴마다 설정토출압력과의 비교결과에 의해 실제의 토출압력이 설정토출압력보다 높을 때는, 상기 주 합류·분류밸브를 합류위치에서 분류위치로 변환하여, 상기 복수의 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출유량조정후에 상기 부 합류·분류밸브를 합류위치에서 분류위치로 변환하고, 상기 실제의 토출압력이 설정토출압력보다 낮을 때는, 상기 부 합류·분류밸브를 분류위치에서 합류위치로 변환하고, 상기 각 액추에이터의 압력보상 후에 상기 주 합류·분류밸브를 분류위치에서 합류위치로 변환하는 지령신호 판정부와,상기 지령신호 판정부의 지령신호를 출력하는 지령신호 출력부를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 건설기계의 유압제어장치.
