Claims (6)
- 적어도 포리올 화합물, 발포제, 정포제, 촉매를 함유하고, 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하는 이소시아네이트 성분과 혼합되어, 발포 경화되어 경질 폴리우레탄폼을 형성하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼용 포리올 조성물에 있어서,상기 발포제의 주성분은, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa)이고, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드(DMA), N-메틸피로리돈(NMP), γ-부티로락톤(GBL), 메톡시프로필 아세테이트(MPA)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 상용화제 및 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플로오로부탄(HFC-365mfc)을 함유하고, 상기 HFC-245fa/HFC-365mfc≥ 60/40(중량비)이고, (HFC-245fa + HFC-365mfc)/(상용화제) = 95/5 ~ 60/40(중량비)인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼용 포리올 조성물.
- 이소시아네이트 성분과 포리올 조성물을 혼합하여 발포, 경화시켜서 경질 폴리우레탄폼으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 포리올 조성물은 적어도 포리올 화합물, 발포제, 정포제, 촉매를 함유하고,상기 발포제의 주성분은, 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플루오로프로판(HFC-245fa)이고, N,N-디메틸아세트아미드(DMA), N-메틸피로리돈(NMP), γ-부티로락톤(GBL), 메톡시프로필 아세테이트(MPA)로 된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 상용화제 및 1,1,1,3,3-펜타플로오로부탄(HFC-365mfc)을 함유하고, 상기 HFC-245fa/HFC-365mfc≥ 60/40(중량비)이고, (HFC-245fa + HFC-365mfc)/(상용화제) = 95/5 ~ 60/40(중량비)인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포리올 화합물이, 제3급 아미노기 함유 포리올 화합물, 지방족 포리올 및 방향족 포리올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼용 포리올 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제3급 아미노기 함유 포리올 화합물이, 제1급 또는 제2급 아민을 개시제로하여 알킬렌옥사이드를 개환부가중합시켜 얻어진 다관능성의 포리올 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼용 포리올 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 포리올은, 포리올 개시제로서 지방족 또는 지환족 다관능성 활성수소화합물에 알킬렌옥사이드를 개환부가중합시켜 얻어진 다관능성의 올리고머인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼용 포리올 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 포리올은, 분자 내에 방향환을 가지는 다관능성의 활성수소화합물에 알킬렌옥사이드를 부가하는 방법에 의해 얻어진 포리올 화합물 또는 방향족 폴리카르본산과 다가 알코올의 에스테르인 포리올 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리우레탄폼용 포리올 조성물.
