Claims (1)
- 아미노에틸기, 디에틸아미노에틸기, 트리메틸아미노메틸기, 트리에틸아미노에틸기, 디메틸-2-히드록시에틸아미노메틸기, 디에틸-2-히드록시에틸아미노에틸기, 헥실, 옥틸, 페닐, 및 히드록시아파티트(hyroxylapatite)로 이루어지는 군에서 1종 이상 선택되는 기능기가 결합된 레진 매트릭스로 충진된 칼럼으로 글루코네이트 탈수효소를 생산하는 미생물의 배양용액 또는 미생물 세포를 통과시켜 크로마토그래피를 수행하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 레진 매트릭스는 아가로스, 셀룰로스, 덱스트란, 폴리아크릴레이트, 및폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것이며,상기 미생물은 술포로버스 솔파타리쿠스(Sulfolobus solfataricus), 술포로버스 액시도칼다리우스(Sulfolobus acidocaldarius), 술포로버스 쉬바테(Sulfolobus shibatae), 술포로버스 토코다이(Sulfolobus tokodaii), 술포로버스 메탈리쿠스(Sulfolobus metallicus), 술포로버스 하코넨시스(Sulfolobus hakonensis), 술포로버스 브리에르레이(Sulfolobus brierleyi), 술포로버스 이스라디쿠스(Sulfolobus islandicus), 술포로버스 텡총엔시스(Sulfolobus tengchongensis), 술포로버스 쑤리지엔시스(Sulfolobus thuringiensis), 술포로버스 양민젠시스(Sulfolobus yangmingensis), 술포로버스속 균주, 써모플라즈마 액시도필럼(Thermoplasma acidophilum), 써모플라즈 볼카니움(Thermoplasma volcanium), 및 페로플라즈마 액시도필럼(Ferroplasma acidophilum)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인,글루코네이트 탈수효소의 정제방법.
