Description
특히, 본 발명에 따른 철계 분말 야금학 조성물은:
Claims (14)
- 분말 야금용 철계 분말 조성물로서,몰리브덴으로 예비 합금화된 철의 코어 입자를 포함하는 철계 분말 A로서, 상기 철계 분말 A의 6~15 중량%의 구리가 상기 코어 입자에 확산 합금화되는 철계 분말 A,몰리브덴으로 예비 합금화된 철의 코어 입자를 포함하는 철계 분말 B로서, 상기 철계 분말 B의 4.5~8 중량%의 니켈이 상기 코어 입자에 확산 합금화되는 철계 분말 B, 및몰리브덴으로 예비 합금화된 철의 입자를 포함하는 철계 분말 C를 포함하며,미리 결정된 치수 변화율과 강도를 갖는 소결 성분을 제조하기 위해, 각각의 상기 철계 분말 A, B 또는 C의 몰리브덴의 양은 0.3~2 중량%이며, 상기 철계 분말 조성물은 최대 1 중량%까지의 흑연을 더 포함하며,상기 철계 분말 A, B 및 C의 양은 상기 철계 분말 조성물 내의 구리, 니켈 및 탄소의 전체 양을 결정한 후에 결정되며,상기 조성물 내의 구리의 양이 0.2~2 중량%이며,상기 조성물 내의 니켈의 양이 0.1~4 중량%인,분말 야금용 철계 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분말 A에서의 구리의 양이 8~12 중량%인분말 야금용 철계 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 분말 B에서의 니켈의 양이 5~7 중량%인분말 야금용 철계 분말 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 몰리브덴의 양이 각각의 분말 A, B 또는 C에서 동일한분말 야금용 철계 분말 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 조성물 내의 구리의 양이 0.4~0.8 중량%인분말 야금용 철계 분말 조성물.
