Claims (5)
- 복수의 공구 장착부를 둘레방향으로 인덱싱 각도마다 설치한 터릿을 구비하고, 상기 터릿의 선회 인덱싱 운동에 따라, 임의의 상기 공구 장착부에 장착한 회전 공구가 수동식으로 회전하는 터릿 공구대의 공구 선택 동작의 제어 방법으로서,상기 터릿의 임의의 상기 공구 장착부에 장착한 상기 회전 공구의 회전 운동 위상을 상기 회전 공구가 인덱싱 위치에 배치될 때마다 동일한 위상이 되도록 맞출지 여부를 선택하는 것과,상기 회전 공구의 회전 운동 위상을 맞추는 경우에는 상기 터릿을 상기 터릿의 선회 인덱싱 운동이 동일한 선회 방향으로의 누적으로 1회전 미만이 되도록 선회 인덱싱 운동시키는 것과,상기 회전 공구의 회전 운동 위상을 맞추지 않는 경우에는, 상기 터릿을 상기 터릿 개개의 선회 인덱싱 운동이 어느 방향으로도 반회전 이하가 되도록 선회 인덱싱 운동시키는 것을 포함하는 공구 선택 동작 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터릿의 상기 복수의 공구 장착부에 각각 임의의 선회 방향을 따라서 오름차순으로 정렬하는 툴 번호가 붙여져 있고, 상기 터릿을 상기 1회전 미만으로 선회 인덱싱 운동시킬 때에는 상기 터릿에 장착한 모든 공구 중에서, 현재 사용하고 있는 현재 선택 공구의 상기 공구 장착부의 상기 툴 번호와, 다음에 사용할 다음 지정 공구의 상기 공구 장착부의 상기 툴 번호를 비교하여 선회 방향을 결정하는 공구 선택 동작 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전 공구가 호브인 공구 선택 동작 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전 공구가 폴리곤 커터인 공구 선택 동작 제어 방법.
- 제1항에 기재된 공구 선택 동작 제어 방법을 실시하기 위한 제어장치에 있어서,터릿의 임의의 공구 장착부에 장착된 회전 공구가 상기 터릿의 선회 인덱싱 운동에 의하여 인덱싱 위치에 배치될 때의, 상기 회전 공구의 회전 운동의 위상을 특정 위상으로 맞출지 여부를 지시할 수 있도록 하는 입력부와,상기 터릿의 선회 인덱싱 운동을 제어하는 구동 제어부와,상기 입력부에서 상기 회전 공구의 회전 운동 위상을 맞추도록 지시된 때에는, 상기 터릿의 선회 인덱싱 운동이 동일한 선회 방향으로의 누적으로 1회전 미만이 되도록 상기 구동 제어부에 선회 인덱싱 운동을 제어시키고, 상기 입력부에서 상기 회전 공구의 회전 운동 위상을 맞추지 않도록 지시된 때에는 상기 터릿의 개개의 선회 인덱싱 운동이 어떠한 선회 방향에서도 반회전 이하가 되도록, 상기 구동 제어부에 상기 선회 인덱싱 운동을 제어시키는 처리부를 구비하는 제어장치.
