Claims (9)
- 수분산형 비닐 변성 에폭시 에스테르 수지와 탄산 칼슘을 함유하는 수성 도료 조성물로서, 상기 탄산 칼슘은 카르복실기를 갖는 비닐계 중합체의 염으로 처리된 침강 탄산 칼슘이며, 도료 조성물의 고형분 중에 20 ~ 50체적%의 비율로 포함되고, 도료의 안료/전체 고형분의 체적비는 50% 이하인 수성 도료 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 탄산 칼슘은 평균 입자 직경이 0.01 ~ 0.5μm인 수성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 실리콘 변성 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 수성 도료 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 실리콘 변성 에폭시 수지는, 하기 화학식 (1)으로 나타내는 화합물 및/또는 하기 화학식 (2)로 나타내는 화합물인 수성 도료 조성물:[화학식 1][식 중, U1 는 -O(R3O)b- {R3는, -(CH2)c- 또는 -CH2CH(CH3)-}이고,또는,U2 는 -O(R3O)b- {R3 은 -(CH2)c- 또는 -CH2CH(CH3)-}이며,여기서, R1 및 R2 는 각각 탄소수 1 ~ 8의 알킬기, 탄소수 6 ~ 10의 아릴기, 또는 탄소수 7 ~ 9의 아르알킬기이고,R4 는 수소 또는 메틸기이고, a 는 1 ~ 135의 정수이고, b 는 2 ~ 230의 정수이고, c 는 1 ~ 4의 정수이고, A 는 인접하는 -CHR4-와 카르보닐 기를 삽입하여 결합하고 있는 유기기이고, n 는 1 ~ 16의 정수이고, R10 은 탄소수가 1 ~ 8 인 알킬기이고, 수산기를 가지고 있어도 된다],[화학식 2][식 중, U1, U2, 및 R1 ~ R4는, 상기 화학식(1) 과 동일하게 정의된다].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실기를 갖는 비닐계 중합체의 염은, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 크로톤산, 말레산 및 이타콘산으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 α,β-불포화 카르복실산을 함유하는 비닐 단량체 조성물을 중합하여 얻어지는 비닐계 중합체의 나트륨염, 암모늄염 또는 아미노염을 함유하는 것인 수성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실기를 갖는 비닐계 중합체의 염의 수 평균 분자량이 500∼50000 인 수성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄산 칼슘의 고형분 100 질량부에 대한 상기 카르복실기를 갖는 비닐계 중합체의 염의 함유량이 0.01~10 질량부인 수성 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 수성 도료 조성물에 의해 형성되는 도막을 갖는 도장 강판.
