Claims (7)
- 금형 본체의 내주면에 형성된 유지층과, 이 유지층의 내주면에 형성된 이형층을 구비한 성형형이며, 성형형의 내부에 액상 엘라스토머 원료를 투입하고 경화시키는 엘라스토머 성형체의 제조에 이용되는 성형형에 있어서,(a) 상기 이형층이, 주쇄가 폴리실라잔계 또는 폴리실록산계인 부가형 2 성분 액상 실리콘으로 형성되고,(b) 상기 이형층 내의 상기 액상 엘라스토머 원료의 경화 온도에서 휘발하는 성분의 함유량이 0.5 질량% 이하이고,(c) 상기 이형층의 실리카(SiO2) 함유량이 1 질량% 이하이고,(d) 상기 이형층의 경도가 50°이상 85°이하의 국제 고무 경도이고,(e) 상기 이형층 내에 평균 입경이 2 ㎛ 이상 20 ㎛ 이하인 고체 윤활제가 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형형은, 금형 본체의 내주면에 형성된 유지층과, 이 유지층의 내주면에 형성된 이형층을 구비한 성형형이며, 성형형의 내부에 액상 엘라스토머 원료를 투입하고 경화시키는 엘라스토머 성형체의 제조에 이용되는 원심 성형형인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성형형은, 금형 본체의 내주면에 형성된 유지층과, 이 유지층의 내주면에 형성된 이형층을 구비한 성형형이며, 성형형의 내부에 액상 엘라스토머 원료를 투입하고 경화시키는 엘라스토머 성형체의 제조에 이용되는 주형형인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부가형 2 성분 액상 실리콘의 점도가 0.1 Pa·s 이상 10 Pa·s 이하인 성형형.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 엘라스토머 원료가 폴리우레탄 수지를 주성분으로서 포함하는 것인 성형형.
- 블레이드 부재와 상기 블레이드 부재를 지지하는 지지 부재를 구비하는 전자 사진 장치용 블레이드의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 블레이드 부재가,(1) 제1항에 기재된 성형형에 액상 엘라스토머 원료를 투입하는 공정 및(2) 상기 액상 엘라스토머 원료를 상기 성형형 내에서 경화시켜 경화 성형체로 하는 공정을 거쳐 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진 장치용 블레이드의 제조 방법.
- 현상제 담지체에 접촉되어 이용되는 블레이드 부재와, 상기 블레이드 부재를 지지하는 지지 부재를 구비하는 전자 사진 장치용 현상제량 규제 블레이드에 있어서,상기 블레이드 부재가 제6항에 기재된 방법에 의해서 제조되고,상기 블레이드 부재의 적어도 현상제 담지체에 접촉되어 이용되는 부분의 부하 길이율을 Tp(C)로 했을 때(여기서 C는 절단 레벨(%)임), Tp(50%)가 30 이상 90 이하이고,상기 블레이드 부재의 적어도 현상제 담지체에 접촉되어 이용되는 부분의 십점 평균 조도(Rz)가 2 ㎛ 이상 25 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 현상제량 규제 블레이드.
