Claims (11)
- 메탄올 용매로 세척함으로써 재생 단계에서 촉매를 주기적으로 재생하는, 티탄 실리칼라이트 촉매 및 메탄올 용매의 존재 하에서 과산화수소를 이용한 프로펜의 연속 에폭시화 방법으로서, 100 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 상기 촉매를 재생하고 두 재생 단계 사이에서 300 시간 이상의 기간 동안 에폭시화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프로펜의 연속 에폭시화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 두 재생 단계 사이에서 500 시간 내지 8000 시간의 기간 동안 에폭시화하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매의 재생 후, 에폭시화를 위한 반응 온도를 0.025 K/h 이하로 상승시켜 촉매의 비활성화를 보완하고 과산화수소 전환을 제공된 반응 공급물의 2 % 이하로 차이가 나게 유지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 48 시간의 기간 동안 100 ℃ 내지 200 ℃ 의 온도에서 촉매를 재생하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 재생 기간에 대한 두 재생 단계 사이에서의 에폭시화 기간의 비가 100 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 고정층 (fixed bed) 에폭시화 촉매를 이용하고, 프로펜, 과산화수소 및 메탄올을 함유하는 혼합물을 촉매 고정층 위로 통과시켜 에폭시화하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 메탄올 용매 스트림 (stream)이 촉매 고정층을 통과하도록 하여 촉매를 재생하는 방법으로서, 촉매 고정층을 통과한 메탄올 용매의 일부 또는 전부가 사전 정제 없이 촉매를 재생하는데 재사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 메탄올 용매가 하향류 방식 (down-flow mode)으로 촉매 고정층 위를 통과하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 메탄올 용매의 흐름을 점적-흐름 (trickle-flow) 방식으로 유지하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 에폭시화 반응의 반응 혼합물을 처리하여 수득되는 메탄올 용매 스트림으로 촉매를 재생하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 촉매 재생에 이용된 메탄올 용매가 에폭시화 반응의 반응 혼합물을 처리하는 공정 단계로 전달되는 방법.
