- 제 1 항에 따른 균주의 배양액.
- 제 1 항에 따른 균주의 배양액의 농축액.
- 제 1 항에 따른 균주의 배양액의 건조물질.
- 제 1 항의 균주, 상기 균주의 배양액, 상기 균주의 배양액의 농축액 및 상기 균주의 배양액의 건조물로 이루어지는 군중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 활성성분으로 포함하는 식품.
- MRS(deMan Rogasa Sharpe)배지에, ⅰ) 5%(W/V) 모노소디움 글루타메이트, ⅱ) 3%(W/V) NaCl, 및 ⅲ) 1-2%(W/V) 글루코스, 1-2%(W/V) 말토스, 0.5-0.6%(W/V) 아라비노스, 2%(W/V) 갈락토스로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상을 탄소원으로 첨가한 배지에서, 제 1 항의 균주를 30℃ 배양온도에서 배양하여 γ-아미노부티르산(GABA, γ-aminobutyric acid)를 생산하는 방법.
