Claims (10)
- 하기를 포함하는 복합 발포 폴리프로필렌 수지 주형물의 제조 방법:여러 연속 공간을 포함하는 주형강을 갖는 주형을 제공하고;각각의 상기 공간 내에, 폴리프로필렌 수지를 포함하는 베이스 수지의 팽창 비드를 충전하고; 및각각의 상기 공간 내에서 상기 팽창 비드를 가열하여, 각각의 팽창 비드를 단일체로 함께 융합 결합시킴;(여기서, 각각의 상기 팽창 비드는 이들의 DSC 곡선에서 고온 흡열 피크를 상기 고온 피크의 저온측에 위치한 내재 흡열 피크에 부가하여 나타내고,여기서, 하나 이상의 상기 공간 내에 충전된 팽창 비드는 동시에 하기 조건 (a) 내지 (c) 를 만족시키는 특정 팽창 비드이다:(a) 상기 특정 팽창 비드는 1,200 MPa 이상의 인장 탄성률을 갖는 베이스 수지로 형성되며,(b) 상기 특정 팽창 비드의 고온 흡열 피크는 10 g/L 이상, 700 g/L 이하의 겉보기 밀도 D1 g/L 을 가지고, 및(c) 상기 특정 팽창 비드의 고온 흡열 피크는 열량 E1 J/g 에 해당하는 면적을 가지며, 여기서 D1 및 E1 은 하기 상관관계를 갖는다:20 - 0.014 ×D1 ≤E1 ≤65 - 0.072 ×D1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 특정 팽창 비드는 표면 영역 및 내부 영역을 가지며, 여기서 각각의 상기 표면 및 내부 영역은 이들의 DSC 곡선에서 고온 흡열 피크를 상기 고온 피크의 저온측에 위치한 내재 흡열 피크에 부가하여 나타내고, 여기서 상기 표면 영역 및 상기 내부 영역의 상기 고온 흡열 피크는 각각 열량값 Hs 및 Hi 에 해당하는 면적을 가지며, 여기서 Hs 및 Hi 는 하기 상관관계를 갖는 방법:Hs < 0.86 ×Hi.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 특정 팽창 비드의 폴리프로필렌 수지가 1,200 MPa 이상의 인장 탄성률을 갖는 방법.
- 서로 융합 결합되고, 그 둘 이상이 서로 색상, 겉보기 밀도, 조성 및 기계적 강도로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 특징이 상이한 여러 구획을 포함하는 복합 발포 폴리프로필렌 수지 주형물에 있어서,각각의 상기 구획은 폴리프로필렌 수지를 포함하는 베이스 수지의 팽창 비드로부터 형성되고,각각의 상기 구획은 이들의 DSC 곡선에서 고온 흡열 피크를, 상기 고온 피크의 저온측에 위치한 내재 흡열 피크에 부가하여 나타내고,하나 이상의 상기 구획은 동시에 하기 조건 (d) 내지 (f) 를 만족시키는 주형물:(d) 상기 구획은, 1,200 MPa 이상의 인장 탄성률을 갖는 베이스 수지로부터 형성된, 특정 팽창 비드로부터 형성되며,(e) 상기 구획은 10 g/L 이상 500 g/L 이하의 겉보기 밀도 D2 g/L 를 가지고, 및(f) 상기 구획의 고온 흡열 피크는 열량 E2 J/g 에 해당하는 면적을 가지며, 여기서 D2 및 E2 는 하기 상관관계를 가짐:20 - 0.020 ×D2 ≤E2 ≤65 - 0.100 ×D2.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 특정 팽창 비드가 표면 영역 및 내부 영역을 가지며, 여기서 각각의 상기 표면 영역 및 내부 영역이 이들의 DSC 곡선에서 고온 흡열 피크를 상기 고온 피크의 저온측에 위치한 내재 흡열 피크에 부가하여 나타내고, 상기 표면 영역 및 상기 내부 영역의 고온 흡열 피크는 각각 열량값 Hs 및 Hi 에 해당하는 면적을 가지며, 여기서 Hs 및 Hi 는 하기 상관관계를 갖는 복합 발포 주형물:Hs < 0.86 ×Hi.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 두 개의 인접 구획 중 하나가 상기 인접한 두 개의 구획 중의 다른 하나보다 30-450 g/L 의 범위인 상대적으로 높은 겉보기 밀도를 가지며, 상대적으로 낮은 겉보기 밀도를 갖는 다른 구획의 밀도는 15-90 g/L 의 범위인 복합 발포 주형물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상대적으로 높은 겉보기 밀도가 상대적으로 낮은 겉보기 밀도의 1.2-25 배 만큼 높은 복합 발포 주형물.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 특정 팽창 비드의 폴리프로필렌 수지가 1,200 MPa 이상의 인장 탄성률을 갖는 복합 발포 주형물.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 충격 흡수제의 형태인 복합 발포 주형물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 충격 흡수제가 자동차 범퍼의 코어인 복합 발포 주형물.
