Description
Claims (7)
- 현탁수의 이송 배관, 상기 이송 배관에 이어져 있는 상기 이송 배관보다도 소직경인 세경 배관, 상기 세경 배관 또는 그 상류측 이송 배관에 마련된 응집제 공급 장치, 및 물의 유입구와 유출구를 가지며 상기 유입구에 상기 세경 배관이 직접 이어져 있는 응집 반응용 일시 체류부를 구비하며,상기 일시 체류부의 유입구로부터 유출구를 향하는 방향의 적어도 일부에 있어서의 유로 단면적이 상기 이송 배관의 단면적보다도 크고,상기 일시 체류부 하류측에 설치된 상기 이송 배관보다도 소직경인 제2 세경 배관과, 상기 제2 세경 배관이 직접 개구(開口)하는 교반기를 갖는 교반 반응조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일시 체류부는 상기 이송 배관보다도 대직경인 배관으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일시 체류부는 원통 용기로 이루어지며, 상기 원통 용기에 선회류를 발생시키도록 상기 세경 배관은 상기 원통 용기에 대하여 접선 방향으로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일시 체류부에 교반기가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 응집제 공급 장치가 무기 응집제를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 응집제 공급 장치가 고분자 응집제를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 응집 반응 장치.
