Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,属于环境保护技术领域。该BF型吸附沉淀剂由钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾组成;其质量百分比分别为钠基膨润土55‑61%、硅藻土2‑6%、硫酸铝4‑10%、硫酸铁3‑9%、硫酸铝钾20‑26%。本发明的一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,吸附力强,吸附容量大,化学性质稳定,制作原料来源广,价格低廉,同时能有效去除有机废水中的悬浮物、COD及色度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,属于环境保护技术领域。
背景技术
有机废水处理技术主要包括化学处理法、生物处理法、物理吸附法等,吸附法是利用吸附剂吸附废水中某种或多种污染物,从而实现废水得到净化的方法。
目前有机废水处理的吸附剂或沉淀剂主要应用于处理工艺的前处理或后续处理,主要是用于处理废水中的悬浮物,降低后端生化处理的负荷。工业上用于有机污染物吸附的常用吸附剂主要包括活性炭、分子筛、吸附树脂等。常用吸附剂通常具有吸附能力强、重复利用性强等优点。但常规的吸附剂通常用于低浓度有机污染物去除,对大分子有机污染物不能够有效的吸附。沉淀剂主要包括无机沉淀剂(聚铝和聚铁)和有机沉淀剂(聚丙烯酰胺)。无机沉淀剂存在絮体体积较小、稳定性差、最终处理效果较差等缺点。有机沉淀剂存在成本高、难降解、污染环境的缺点。
对于COD及色度较高的有机废水,处理成本通常较高,吸附沉淀效果的好坏直接决定后续处理单元的运行工况、处理费用和最终出水水质。如制药废水存在色度高、悬浮物高、COD含量高等特点,生化处理末端的废水色度仍然较高,COD不能达标,需要一种有效的药剂在降低COD的同时去除色度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,该BF型吸附沉淀剂,吸附力强,吸附容量大,化学性质稳定。

本发明的一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,吸附力强,吸附容量大,化学性质稳定,制作原料来源广,价格低廉,同时能有效去除有机废水中的悬浮物、COD及色度。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,由钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾组成;其质量百分比分别为钠基膨润土59%、硅藻土4%、硫酸铝7%、硫酸铁6%、硫酸铝钾24%。
一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂的制备方法:将钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾混合,同时进行研磨,过200目筛,得到混合均匀的粉末,即得到BF型吸附沉淀剂。
药厂生化后有机废水250mL,COD 556.8mg/L,pH值8.04。加入1.0g吸附沉淀剂,搅拌1min后加入0.2%的PAM 2mL,COD和色度的去除率分别为58.4%和81.5%。与国外某沉淀剂专利产品对比效果图,如图1所示,图1a为原水,1b为国外某产品,1c为BF型吸附沉淀剂。
实施例2
一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,由钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾组成;其质量百分比分别为钠基膨润土61%、硅藻土2%、硫酸铝8%、硫酸铁5%、硫酸铝钾24%。
一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂的制备方法:将钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾混合,同时进行研磨,过200目筛,得到混合均匀的粉末,即得到BF型吸附沉淀剂。
药厂生化后有机废水250mL,COD 790mg/L,pH值9.07。加入1.7g吸附沉淀剂,搅拌1min后加入0.2%的PAM 3mL,COD和色度的去除率分别为57.2%和79.3%。与国外某沉淀剂专利产品对比效果图,如图2所示,图2a为原水,2b为国外某产品,2c为BF型吸附沉淀剂。
实施例3
一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂,由钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾组成;其质量百分比分别为钠基膨润土58%、硅藻土2%、硫酸铝8%、硫酸铁7%、硫酸铝钾25%。
一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂的制备方法:将钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾混合,同时进行研磨,过200目筛,得到混合均匀的粉末,即得到BF型吸附沉淀剂。
药厂生化后有机废水250mL,COD 1730.8mg/L,pH值8.33。加入1.8g吸附沉淀剂,搅拌1min后加入0.2%的PAM 4mL,COD和色度的去除率分别为34.8%和71.2%。

3.制备如权利要求1或2所述的一种用于有机废水处理的BF型吸附沉淀剂的方法,其特征在于:将钠基膨润土、硅藻土、硫酸铝、硫酸铁和硫酸铝钾混合,同时进行研磨,得到混合均匀的粉末,即得到BF型吸附沉淀剂。
