Claims (4)
- 슬러지가 최초 유입되는 곳의 내측직경이 크고, 슬러지가 배출되는 쪽의 내측직경이 작은 테이퍼진 형상으로 되되, 상부와 하부에 플랜지(1110,1120)를 갖춘 원통형태의 혼합관(1100)과, 상기 혼합관에 공급되도록 연통설치되되 와류가 형성되면서 응집제가 공급되도록 상기 혼합관(1100)의 중심축과 이격된 위치로 설치된 응집제인입관부(1200)를 포함하는 응집제 절감 혼합장치에 있어서,상기 혼합관(1100)의 일정한 등각도에 복수개의 응집제인입관부(1200)가 설치되고,상기 혼합관의 하부에 응집제가 유입되는 응집제공급관(1300)이 고정되고,상기 응집제공급관에 일정한 간격을 두고 연통되도록 응집제토출관부(1400)가 설치되며,각각의 상기 응집제토출관부와 각각의 응집제인입관부를 호스(1500)로 연결하는 한편,상기 혼합관(1100)의 내측면에는 상기 혼합관으로 유입되는 슬러지가 와류를 형성하도록 곡면형상으로 된 혼합배플(1130)이 복수개 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 응집제 절감 혼합장치.
