Claims (11)
- 연료에서 발생된 베이퍼가스를 포집하는 캐니스터;실린더 내로 공기가 흡입되는 흡기통로 중간에 설치된 스로틀밸브;상기 캐니스터로부터 상기 스로틀밸브 후단의 일측으로 연결된 가스통로;상기 가스통로에 설치된 퍼지콘트롤밸브;아이들 상태에서 엔진을 정지시키고, 상기 흡기통로에 충전된 베이퍼가스에 포함된 제1연료량(Va)에 따라서 재시동 시 실린더에 분사될 실제 연료양(Fr)을 변화시키는 제어부; 및배기가스가 지나는 통로에 설치된 촉매; 를 포함하고,상기 제어부는, 상기 촉매의 산소저장능력(OSC: oxygen storage capability)이 설정된 값 이하이면 촉매를 퍼지시키기 위한 추가될 제2연료양(Fa)을 설정하여, 상기 실제 연료량(Fr)을 연산하는 배기가스 제어 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 베이퍼가스에 포함된 상기 제1연료양(Va)이 상기 제2연료양(Fa) 보다 크면 실린더에 실제로 분사될 인젝션양(Fr)은 노말 인젝션양(Fn) 마이너스 Fs 인 배기가스 제어 시스템.(Fs= Va - Fa)
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 베이퍼가스에 포함된 상기 제1연료양(Va)이 상기 추가될 제2연료양(Fa) 보다 작으면 실린더에 실제로 분사될 상기 실제 인젝션양(Fr)은 노말 인젝션양(Fn) 플러스 Fd 인 배기가스 제어 시스템.(Fd= Fa - Va)
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 산소저장능력은상기 촉매에 인접해서 장착된 산소센서에서 보내진 신호를 분석해서 계산되는 배기가스 제어 시스템.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 스로틀밸브를 닫고, 상기 퍼지콘트롤밸브를 열어서 상기 캐니스터에 포함된 베이퍼가스를 상기 흡기통로로 공급하는 배기가스 제어 시스템.

- 연료에서 발생된 베이퍼가스를 포집하는 캐니스터, 실린더 내로 공기가 흡입되는 흡기통로 중간에 설치된 스로틀밸브, 상기 캐니스터로부터 상기 스로틀밸브 후단의 일측으로 연결된 가스통로 및 상기 가스통로에 설치된 퍼지콘트롤밸브을 포함하는 배기가스 제어 방법에 있어서,아이들 상태에서 엔진이 정지된 것을 감지하는 단계;상기 스로틀밸브를 닫고 상기 퍼지콘트롤밸브를 여는 단계;상기 흡기통로에 포집된 베이퍼가스에 포함된 제1연료량(Va)을 계산하는 단계; 및상기 제1연료량에 따라서 재시동 시 실제로 분사된 연료량(Fr)을 계산하는 단계를 포함하고,촉매장치의 산소저장능력을 감지하고, 설정된 값 이하이면 촉매를 퍼지시키기 위한 추가될 제2연료량을 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 배기가스 제어 방법.
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 베이퍼가스에 포함된 상기 제1연료양(Va)이 상기 제2연료양(Fa) 보다 크면 실린더에 실제로 분사될 인젝션양(Fr)은 노말 인젝션양(Fn) 마이너스 Fs 인 배기가스 제어 방법.(Fs= Va - Fa)
- 제8 항에 있어서,상기 베이퍼가스에 포함된 상기 제1연료양(Va)이 상기 추가될 제2연료양(Fa) 보다 작으면 실린더에 실제로 분사될 상기 실제 인젝션양(Fr)은 노말 인젝션양(Fn) 플러스 Fd 인 배기가스 제어 방법.(Fd= Fa - Va)
