Claims (9)
- Ti 또는 Ti합금을 포함하며, 표면에 산소 농화층과 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 금속을 가지는 금속 화합물을 갖는 용접 와이어에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어는 그 표면에 크랙(crack)을 가지며, 상기 크랙 속에 상기 금속 화합물이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 화합물의 함유량은, 상기 용접 와이어의 총 질량에 대해서 0.002∼0.050중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속의 비점은 2000℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 금속 화합물은 Ca를 포함하는 금속화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 산소 농화층의 두께를 Tw, 상기 용접 와이어의 와이어 직경을 Dw로 했을 때,Tw/Dw의 값이 0.3×10-3∼1×10-1이고,상기 산소 농화층의 평균 산소 농도가 1중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 산소 농화층의 평균 산소 농도는 1∼40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 용접 와이어의 표면 조밀도는, JIS B0601에서 규정하는 Ry로 표시되는 표면 조밀도로, 10㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 산소 농화층의 두께를 Tw, 상기 용접 와이어의 와이어 직경을 Dw로 했을 때,Tw/Dw의 값이 1×10-3∼50×10-3이고,상기 산소 농화층의 평균 산소 농도는 1∼30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 와이어.
