Claims (8)
- 시멘트, 팽창재 및 포졸란 미분말로 이루어지는 결합재, 감수제(減水劑), 및 세골재(細骨材)를 함유하여 이루어지는 철근이음매용 충전재에 있어서,상기 팽창재가, 칼슘 알루미노 페라이트계 팽창재이고,상기 포졸란 미분말이, 이산화규소(SiO2) 함유율이 90% 이상이고 수소이온농도가 산성 영역에 있는 실리카질 미분말이며, 또한상기 감수제가, 폴리카본산계 감수제인 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매용 충전재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 칼슘 알루미노 페라이트계 팽창재가, 블레인 비표면적 값으로, 2,000∼6,000㎠/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매용 충전재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 칼슘 알루미노 페라이트계 팽창재가, 상기 시멘트, 팽창재 및 포졸란 미분말로 이루어지는 결합재 100부(部) 중, 1∼4부인 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매용 충전재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 포졸란 미분말이, 상기 시멘트, 팽창재 및 포졸란 미분말로 이루어지는 결합재 100부 중, 5∼15부인 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매용 충전재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,소포제(消泡劑)를 더욱 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매용 충전재.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 세골재가, 밀도 3.0g/㎤ 이상의 중량(重量) 골재인 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매용 충전재.
- 이음매 내에 철근을 삽입 후, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 철근이음매용 충전재를 충전하는 철근이음매 충전시공방법에 있어서,상기 시멘트, 팽창재 및 포졸란 미분말로 이루어지는 결합재, 상기 감수제 및 상기 세골제를 혼합하고, 상기 결합재 100부에 대하여 20∼30부의 물을 가하여 반죽 혼합하여 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매 충전시공방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서핸드믹서, 고속 그라우트 믹서 또는 강제(强制)믹서로 반죽 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 철근이음매 충전시공방법.
