- 1개의 중심선과 6개의 측선을 서로 꼬아, 스트레칭 처리를 행한 후, 또는 스트레칭 처리와 동시에, 300℃이상 430℃이하의 블루잉(bluing) 처리를 행함으로써, 외경이 15.0∼16.1mm이고, 총단면적이 135mm2 이상이며, 0.2% 영구 신장(permanent elongation)시에 대한 하중 또는 0.1% 영구 신장시에 대한 하중이 266kN 이상, 인장하중이 320kN 이상이고, 시험 시간을 1000시간으로 한 릴렉세이션(relaxation) 시험에서 측정되는 릴렉세이션 값이 2.5% 이하이며, 상기 중심선 및 측선이 중량%로 C;0.90∼1.3%, Si:0.5∼1.2%, Mn:0.1∼1.0%, Cr:0.05∼1.5%를 포함하는 고강도 PC 강연선의 제조 방법.

- 제12항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 1개의 중심선과 6개의 측선을 서로 꼬은 7개 꼬임 구성으로, 외경이 15.0∼16.1mm이고, 총단면적이 135mm2 이상이며, 0.2% 영구 신장시에 대한 하중 또는 0.1% 영구 신장시에 대한 하중이 266kN 이상, 인장하중이 320kN 이상이고, 시험 시간을 1000시간으로 한 릴렉세이션(relaxation) 시험에서 측정되는 릴렉세이션 값이 2.5% 이하인 고강도 PC 강연선.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중심선의 선경(線徑)을 5.35±0.3mm, 상기 측선의 선경을 5.15±0.25mm로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 PC 강연선.
- 제16항 또는 제17항에 기재된 고강도 PC 강연선을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물.
