Claims (15)
- 90% 이상의 고농도 CO2와 나머지 VOC 및 산소를 포함하는 폐가스를, 산소농도가 1.2~2%이고 VOC의 농도가 10,000~20,000ppm이며 나머지는 이산화탄소가 될 때까지 순산소 연소법을 이용해 CO2를 고순도화 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐가스는 OMEGA 공정에 의해 발생한 폐가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 방법.
- a) 유입가스의 압력을 1.0 kg/cm2 이하로 낮추기 위한 감압밸브;순산소를 공급하기 위한 순산소 공급 장치;유입가스에 보조연료를 공급하기 위한 연료공급 장치;연소장치 승온용 송풍기;유입가스중의 O2 및 VOC 농도를 측정하기 위한 O2 측정기; 및LEL 측정기를 포함하는 공정가스 유입부,b) 연소장치의 내부를 승온하기 위한 버너;유입 가스중의 VOC를 연소시키기 위한 연소실;연소열을 축열하기 위한 축열재;승온시 버너에 연료를 공급하기 위한 연료공급 장치;연소실의 온도를 측정하기 위한 온도 측정 장치;연소실의 과승온을 방지하는 Bypass 댐퍼를 포함하는 공정가스 연소부,c) 연소된 가스중의 O2 농도 및 온도를 측정하는 O2 측정기 및 온도측정기;연소된 가스를 다시 유입부로 보내는 재순환 송풍기; 및열교환기를 포함하는 연소가스 배출부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 O2 측정기의 신호에 따라 O2 공급량이 조절되도록 밸브의 개폐를 조절하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 보조연료는 LPG, LNG, 메탄, 부탄중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 LEL 측정기 및 온도 측정 장치의 신호에 따라 보조연료 공급량이 조절 되도록 밸브의 개폐를 조절하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 승온용 송풍기 및 버너는 연소장치 승온시에만 가동되며, 연소 장치가 목표 온도에 도달 후 공정 가스가 연소장치로 유입되면 더 이상 가동되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연소장치는, RTO(Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer), RCO (Regenerative Catalytic Oxidizer), TO(Thermal Oxidizer), CTO(Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer)중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연소실에 설치된 온도 측정 장치의 신호에 따라 Bypass 댐퍼의 개폐를 조절하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 LEL 측정기 및 온도 측정 장치의 신호에 따라 Recycle 송풍기의 가동을 조절하는 제어기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 연소장치 전에 수분제거장치 및 Strainer를 설치하여, 폐가스 중에 포함된 수분과 찌꺼기가 연소장치에 유입되지 않도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,승온이 완료되면, 상기 승온용 송풍기를 통해 유입된 외부공기는 By Pass 댐퍼의 내부 디스크 냉각용으로 사용되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,승온이 완료되면 상기 버너작동이 정지되고 역화방지밸브가 개방되어, 감압되기 전의 폐가스가 버너보호용으로 유입되어 역화 및 폭발을 방지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,계기장치를 Control 할 수 있는 PC System 장치를 설치하여, Outlet O2 측정기(143)의 산소농도 및 온도 측정 장치 온도와 LEL측정기의 VOC농도가 일정한 범위 내로 유지될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
- 상기 제14항에 있어서,상기 일정한 범위는, 산소농도 1.2~2%, 온도 측정 장치의 온도가 700℃~880℃ 범위 내이며, LEL측정기의 VOC농도는 10,000~20,000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 이산화탄소 고순도화 장치.
