Claims (9)
- 유기 재료로 이루어지는 발광층을 제1 전극 및 제2 전극으로 협지하고, 상기 발광층으로부터의 광을 상기 제1 전극측과 상기 제2 전극측 중 적어도 한쪽으로 추출하도록 구성된 유기 전계 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 제1 전극 및 상기 제2 전극 중, 상기 발광층으로부터의 광을 추출하는 측의 전극은 반투명 반사층 및 투명 전극층을 갖고,상기 반투명 반사층은 은 또는 은을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 이루어지며, 광 흡수율이 10% 이하이고 광 반사율이 20% 이상이며,상기 은을 주성분으로 하는 합금은, 은에 대하여 중량비 0.3%∼1%의 팔라듐 및 중량비 0.3%∼1%의 구리를 포함하는 합금과 마그네슘이 원자비 4 : 1∼14 : 1의 비율로 공증착되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계 발광 소자.
