Claims (5)
- 유기 EL 소자에 있어서,기판 상에 형성되는 양극과;상기 양극 상에 형성되는 것으로, 상기 소자의 외부광에 대한 반사를 막는 블랙 레이어와;상기 블랙 레이어 상에 형성되는 유기 발광층과;상기 유기 발광층 상에 형성되는 음극을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광층과 음극 사이에는 Ag층이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블랙 레이어는 감광성 물질, 순수 하이드로카본(hydrocarbon)계 물질, 광흡수성 촉매가 들어간 바인더(binder) 형태, olefin계와 novlac계가 컴포지션(composition)된 물질, 메탈과 유기물의 공증착 형태 중 어느 하나를 재료로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 블랙 레이어의 재료로 사용되는 메탈과 유기물의 공증착 형태에서 메탈로는 Ag, Al, Ni, Cr, Au를 사용하고 유기물로는 하이드로카본(hydrocarbon)과 하이브리드(hybride) 물질을 사용하여 구성하는 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 블랙 레이어는 50~200nm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 EL 소자.
