Claims (13)
- 필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1)로서, 상기 필터 부재는 가압 매체에 의해 가압될 수 있는 하나 이상의 멤브레인을 제공받고 유동 공간(2) 내에 자유롭게 움직일 수 있도록 배치된 지시계 바디(19)를 구비하고, 그리고 상기 가압 매체의 유입 및 방출에 의한 상기 지시계 바디의 위치 변동이 시각적으로 또는 센서를 통해 모니터링될 수 있는, 필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계에 있어서,상기 유동 공간(2)의 단부측 섹션들(5, 6)이 상기 단부측 섹션들(5, 6)을 연결하는 상기 유동 공간의 중간 섹션(12)의 횡단면보다 더 큰 횡단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유동 공간(2)은 채널 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유동 공간(2)의 각각의 단부측에 유입 개구(7) 및 배출 개구(8)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지시계 바디(19)는, 상기 지시계 바디(19)가 상기 유동 공간(2)의 한쪽 단부(5, 6)에 배치될 때 상기 필터 부재가 방해 없이 채워지고 비워질 수 있도록 충분히 큰 횡단면이 개방 상태로 유지되는 방식으로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유동 공간(2)이 호(arc) 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유동 공간(2)은, 상기 지시계 바디(19)가 상기 유동 공간(2)의 중간 섹션(12) 내에서 가압 매체의 유동 없이 자발적으로 정지 위치로 이동하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지시계 바디(19)는, 상기 유동 공간(2)의 중간 섹션(12) 영역에서 상기 유동 공간(2)을 거의 완전히 폐쇄하도록 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지시계 바디(19)가 원통형으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 지시계 바디(19)에 의해 상기 유입 개구 및 배출 개구(7, 8)가 차단되는 것을 방지하는 차단 부재들(20, 21)이 상기 유동 공간(2) 내 단부측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1)는 상기 유동 공간(2)을 외부에 대해 밀폐하는, 관찰판(viewing plate)을 가진 커버(18)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1)는 상기 지시계 바디(19)의 위치 및/또는 위치 변동을 검출하기 위한 전기 센서를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1)는 상기 필터 부재의 가압 매체 공급 라인 내에 배치되거나 상기 필터 부재에 직접 장착되도록 하기 위한 조립 부재(22)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는,필터 프레스의 필터 부재용 누수 지시계(1).
