Abstract
Description
상기 좌우륜 차동 장치는, 상기 변속기의 출력축으로부터 구동을 받아서 회전하는 차동 케이스와, 상기 차동 케이스 내에 수용되고 상기 좌우륜에 구동력을 분배하는 차동 치차 기구와, 상기 차동 치차 기구에 연결되고 차폭 방향으로 연장하는 좌우 한쌍의 구동축을 가지며, 상기 전후륜 전달 장치는, 상기 차동 케이스에 연결되고, 상기 구동축의 한쪽에 동축으로 마련된 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재와, 상기 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재에 구동 연결되고 차량 전후 방향으로 연장하는 전후륜 전달축을 가지며,
상기 배분 제어 장치는, 상기 전후륜 전달 장치의 바깥테두리의 바깥쪽에서 상기 전후륜 전달 장치를 기준으로 상기 좌우륜 차동 장치의 배설측과는 반대측의 상기 엔진 배설측에 배설됨과 함께 상기 구동축의 한쪽과 상기 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재와의 차동을 제한하는 클러치 기구를 가지며,
상기 클러치 기구는, 상기 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재와 상기 구동축의 한쪽 사이에 마련된 다판 클러치와, 상기 다판 클러치의 접단을 행하게 하는 전자 코일을 가지며,
상기 전자 코일은, 스테이를 통하여 상기 엔진의 실린더 블록에 고정됨과 함께, 상기 스테이는 상기 전자 코일을 차폭 방향 외측에서 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 차동 제한 장치를 구성한다.
Claims (4)
- 횡치 상태에서 지지되는 차량용 엔진 및 변속기와,상기 변속기의 출력을 상기 차량의 전륜과 후륜 중의 어느 한쪽의 좌우륜에 분배하는 좌우륜 차동 장치와,상기 좌우륜 차동 장치보다 차폭 방향 중심측에 배설되고, 상기 변속기의 출력을 상기 차량의 전륜과 후륜 중의 어느 하나의 다른쪽에 전달하는 전후륜 전달 장치와,전륜과 후륜 중의 상기 어느 한쪽의 좌우륜에 전달되는 출력의 배분을 제어하는 배분 제어 장치를 구비하는 차량용 차동 제한 장치로서,상기 좌우륜 차동 장치는,상기 변속기의 출력축으로부터 구동을 받아서 회전하는 차동 케이스와,상기 차동 케이스 내에 수용되고 상기 좌우륜에 구동력을 분배하는 차동 치차 기구와,상기 차동 치차 기구에 연결되고 차폭 방향으로 연장하는 좌우 한쌍의 구동축을 가지며,상기 전후륜 전달 장치는,상기 차동 케이스에 연결되고, 상기 구동축의 한쪽에 동축으로 마련된 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재와,상기 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재에 구동 연결되고 차량 전후 방향으로 연장하는 전후륜 전달축을 가지며,상기 배분 제어 장치는,상기 전후륜 전달 장치의 바깥테두리의 바깥쪽에서 상기 전후륜 전달 장치를 기준으로 상기 좌우륜 차동 장치의 배설측과는 반대측의 상기 엔진 배설측에 배설됨과 함께 상기 구동축의 한쪽과 상기 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재와의 차동을 제한하는 클러치 기구를 가지며,상기 클러치 기구는,상기 다른쪽 륜 출력 부재와 상기 구동축의 한쪽 사이에 마련된 다판 클러치와, 상기 다판 클러치의 접단을 행하게 하는 전자 코일을 가지며,상기 전자 코일은, 스테이를 통하여 상기 엔진의 실린더 블록에 고정됨과 함께, 상기 스테이는 상기 전자 코일을 차폭 방향 외측에서 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 차동 제한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자 코일은, 상기 다판 클러치를 끼우고 상기 전후륜 전달 장치의 반대측에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 차동 제한 장치.
