Claims (5)
- 다음을 포함하는 실리콘 수지 조성물을 열 경화하여 제조한 무색 투명한 실리콘 렌즈:(A) R1SiO1.5 유닛, R2 2SiO 유닛, 및 R3 aR4 bSiO(4-a-b)/2 유닛을 포함하는 수지 구조를 갖는 유기폴리실록산(R1, R2, 및 R3는 독립적으로 메틸 기, 에틸 기, 프로필 기, 시클로헥실 기, 또는 페닐 기이며, R4는 비닐 기 또는 알릴 기이고, a는 0, 1 또는 2이고, b는 1 또는 2이며, a+b는 2 또는 3이고, 여기서 R2 2SiO 유닛의 반복의 횟수는 5 내지 300임);(B) R1SiO1.5 유닛, R2 2SiO 유닛, 및 R3 cHdSiO(4-c-d)/2 유닛을 포함하는 수지 구조를 갖는 유기수소 폴리실록산(R1, R2, 및 R3는 상기 설명한 바와 같고, c는 0, 1, 또는 2이며, d는 1 또는 2이고, c+d는 2 또는 3이며, 여기서 R2 2SiO 유닛의 반복의 횟수는 5 내지 300이며, 상기 성분 (B)는 성분 (A) 중 비닐 기 또는 알릴 기에 대한 성분 (B) 중 규소 원자에 결합된 수소 원자의 몰 비율이 0.1 내지 4.0인 양으로 포함됨), 및(C) 경화 유효량의 백금 족 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고압 몰드에서 실리콘 수지를 열 경화하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 조성물은 상온에서 고체인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 수지 조성물 중 성분 (A) 및 성분 (B)에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분은 실라놀 기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 렌즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (A)와, 상기 성분 (A) 중의 비닐기 또는 알릴기에 대한 성분 (B) 중의 규소 원자에 결합된 수소 원자의 몰비가 0.1 ~ 4.0이 되는 양의 성분 (B)와, 상기 성분 (A)와 성분 (B)의 합계량에 대한 성분 (C)의 백금족 금속의 질량이 0.1 ~ 500ppm이 되는 양의 성분 (C)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 렌즈.
