Claims (29)
- 분말상 산화물계 지지체 재료 상에 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐 및 이리듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 백금족 금속을 포함하는 촉매 활성 피복물을 불활성 세라믹 또는 금속 벌집체 위에 포함하는, 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정제용 촉매로서,상기 분말상 산화물계 지지체 재료가, 세공 직경이 30nm 미만인 세공 용적 부분이 0.2ml/g 미만인 세공 용적을 갖는, 이산화규소계 저다공성 재료이고, 평균 입자 직경이 7 내지 60nm인 필수적으로 구형인 1차 입자의 응집체를 포함하는, 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물계 지지체 재료가, 1차 입자의 평균 입자 직경이 20 내지 50nm인 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산화물계 지지체 재료가, 세공 반경 분포가 최대 20nm를 초과하는 촉매.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 재료의 4중량% 수성 분산액의 pH 값이 6 미만인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 재료가 산화알루미늄, 산화지르코늄, 알칼리 토금속 산화물 및 희토류 산화물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 산화물로 도핑되고, 모든 도핑 성분의 총 중량이, 지지체 재료의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 0.01 내지 20중량%인 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지체 재료가 산화알루미늄 0.05 내지 1중량%로 도핑되어 있는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물계 지지체 재료가 불꽃 산화 또는 불꽃 가수분해에 의해 발열 제조된 규산인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백금족 금속 중의 하나가 백금인 촉매.
- 제9항에 있어서, 촉매 활성 피복물이, 백금이 고분산 형태로 존재하는 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 추가로 포함하는 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제올라이트 중 하나가, 모듈러스가 각각 40을 초과하는 탈알루미늄화 Y-제올라이트, 베타-제올라이트 또는 ZSM-5 제올라이트인 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, 산화물계 지지체 재료 대 제올라이트(들)의 중량비가 6:1 내지 1:2인 촉매.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매 활성 피복물에 존재하는 백금의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 20중량%의 백금이 제올라이트(들) 상에 존재하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 활성 피복물이 벌집체 위에 벌집체 용적 1ℓ당 40 내지 300g의 농도로 존재하는 촉매.
- 제14항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 벌집체 용적 1ℓ당 0.01 내지 8g의 농도로 존재하는 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물계 지지체 재료가,평균 입자 직경이 15 내지 60nm인 필수적으로 구형인 1차 입자의 응집체를 포함하는 특성(a),비표면적이 30 내지 150m2/g인 특성(b),최대 세공 반경 분포가 20nm를 초과하는 특성(c),세공 직경이 30nm 미만인 세공의 총 용적이 0.2ml/g 미만인 특성(d) 및지지체 재료의 4중량% 수성 분산액의 pH 값이 6 미만인 특성(e)를 갖는 촉매.
- 제16항에 있어서, 이산화규소의 비표면적이 30 내지 100m2/g인 촉매.
- 제16항에 있어서, 촉매가 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 추가로 포함하고, 이산화규소 대 제올라이트의 중량비가 6:1 내지 1:2인 촉매.
- 제18항에 있어서, 백금족 금속이 이산화규소와 제올라이트(들) 둘 다에 존재하는 백금을 포함하고, 촉매에 존재하는 백금의 총량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 20중량%의 백금이 제올라이트(들) 상에 존재하는 촉매.
- 분말상 산화물계 지지체 재료 상에 백금, 팔라듐, 로듐 및 이리듐으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 백금족 금속을 포함하는 촉매 활성 피복물을 불활성 세라믹 또는 금속 벌집체 위에 포함하는, 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정제용 촉매의 제조방법으로서,상기 분말상 산화물계 지지체 재료가, 세공 직경이 30nm 미만인 세공 용적 부분이 0.2ml/g 미만인 세공 용적을 갖는, 이산화규소계 저다공성 재료이고, 평균 입자 직경이 7 내지 60nm인 필수적으로 구형인 1차 입자의 응집체를 포함하며,상기 방법이, 피복 현탁액의 제조를 위해 압착 벌크 밀도가 200g/l를 초과하는 분무-건조 형태로 사용되는 산화물계 지지체 재료를 함유하는 피복 현탁액으로 상기 벌집체를 피복하는 단계를 포함하는, 내연 기관의 배기 가스 정제용 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 압착 벌크 밀도가 500g/ℓ를 초과하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 백금족 금속이, 피복 현탁액의 제조 전에, 산화물계 지지체 재료에 도포되는 방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 피복 현탁액이 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 6:1 내지 1:2의 산화물계 지지체 재료 대 제올라이트(들)의 중량비로 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 백금족 금속이 백금을 포함하는 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 백금이, 산화물계 지지체 재료와 제올라이트(들)의 총량을 기준으로 하여, 1 내지 20중량%의 양으로 제올라이트(들) 상에 존재하는 방법.
- 제20항 또는 제21항에 있어서, 벌집체를 산화물계 지지체 재료를 함유하는 피복 현탁액으로 피복한 후, 피복된 벌집체를 건조시켜 하소시킨 다음, 생성된 피복 벌집체를 하나 이상의 백금족 금속의 전구체에 함침하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 백금족 금속이 백금을 포함하는 방법.
- 제27항에 있어서, 피복 현탁액이 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 6:1 내지 1:2의 산화물계 지지체 재료 대 제올라이트(들)의 중량비로 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 또는 제5항 내지 제19항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디젤 엔진의 배기 가스 정제용 촉매.
