Claims (17)
- (a) 상면, 저면 및 측면을 가지는 유전체 또는 자성체로 이루어지는 기체와, (b) 상기 기체에 설치된 띠 형상의 방사 전극과, (c) 상기 방사 전극의 일단에 직접 접속하거나 용량 결합하도록 상기 기체에 설치된 접지 전극과, (d) 상기 기체에서 길이가 긴 쪽의 측면 상에 수직으로 연장된 급전부 및 접지부와, 상기 급전부와 상기 접지부의 사이에 연장된 병행부를 가지는 문형상(門型)의 급전 전극을 구비하는 표면 실장형 안테나로서,상기 기체의 저면에서의 상기 접지 전극의 면적율은 30% 이하이며,상기 방사 전극은, 상기 기체에서 상기 급전부 및 상기 접지부가 형성된 측면과는 다른 측면으로서 길이가 긴 쪽의 측면에 형성된 전극부와, 상기 기체의 상면에 형성된 L자형상 전극부가 연결된 띠 형상이고,상기 병행부는, 상기 급전부와 상기 접지부의 사이에서 상기 L자형 전극부와 평행하게 연장되고,상기 병행부와 상기 L자형 전극부 사이의 갭에 의해 상기 급전 전극이 상기 방사 전극으로부터 떨어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 실장형 안테나.

- 제15항에 기재한 표면 실장형 안테나를 회로기판의 지도체가 없는 영역에 탑재한 안테나장치를 구비하는 통신 기기로서,상기 방사 전극이 길이 방향으로 연장되는 상기 기체는, 상기 회로 기판의 지도체의 에지부와 갭을 사이에 두고 정렬하고, 상기 급전 전극은 상기 지도체 측에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 기기.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 표면 실장형 안테나 상에서 상기 회로 기판의 지도체와 반대측에 위치하는 상기 접지 전극은 상기 회로 기판의 각부 측에 배치되어 있고, 상기 접지 전극과 상기 회로 기판의 도체는 선형 도체에 의해 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 기기.
