Claims (30)
- 중심 구멍을 구비하는 구형의 동력 조절기와,상기 중심 구멍에 위치하며 제1, 제2 끝단과 길이방향 축을 구비하며, 상기 각 끝단은 상기 동력 조절기 바깥으로 연장된 스핀들과,상기 스핀들의 제1 끝단과 작동가능하게 연결된 제1 스핀들 지지체와,상기 스핀들의 제2 끝단과 작동가능하게 연결된 제2 스핀들 지지체를 포함하며,상기 스핀들 지지체 각각은 상기 스핀들 지지체의 부착점 및 스핀들 끝단으로부터 먼 상기 스핀들 지지체의 한 끝단에 위치하는 회전가능한 휠을 구비하는 연속 가변 변속기용 스핀들 지지체와 동력 조절기 조립체.
- 제1항의 조립체에 있어서, 상기 제1 스핀들 지지체는 상기 제1 스핀들 끝단을 수용하기 위한 구멍을 구비하는 조립체.
- 제2항의 조립체에 있어서, 상기 제2 스핀들 지지체는 상기 제2 스핀들 끝단을 수용하기 위한 구멍을 구비하는 조립체.
- 제3항의 조립체에 있어서, 스핀들 롤러들을 더 포함하며, 각 롤러는 스핀들 끝단을 수용하기 위한 구멍을 갖는 조립체.
- 제4항의 조립체에 있어서, 각 스핀들 지지체는 스핀들 롤러와 동력 조절기 사이에 위치하는 조립체.
- 연속 가변 변속기의 트랙션 롤러의 스핀들을 지지하기 위한 부재로서,제1 끝단과 제2 끝단을 구비하는 몸체와,회전축선을 형성하는 상기 스핀들의 일측 끝단을 수용하기 위한 상기 몸체의 제1 끝단에 마련된 구멍과,상기 제2 끝단에 부착되는 휠을 포함하는 지지 부재.
- 제6항의 지지 부재에 있어서, 상기 스핀들의 일측 끝단을 수용하기 위한 구멍을 구비하는 스핀들 롤러를 더 포함하며, 상기 스핀들 롤러는 상기 몸체의 제1 끝단에 인접하여 위치하는 지지 부재.
- 제7항의 지지 부재에 있어서, 상기 몸체의 제1 및 제2 끝단의 사이에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 지지체 롤러를 더 포함하며, 상기 지지체 롤러는 상기 스핀들의 회전축선에 직각인 회전축선을 형성하는 지지 부재.
- 중심 구멍을 구비하는 구형의 동력 조절기를 제공하는 단계와,제1 끝단과 제2 끝단을 구비하는 스핀들의 각 끝단이 상기 동력 조절기 바깥으로 연장되도록 상기 스핀들을 상기 중심 구멍에 위치시키는 단계와,제1 스핀들 지지체를 상기 스핀들의 제1 끝단의 제1 부착점에 부착하는 단계와,제2 스핀들 지지체를 상기 스핀들의 제2 끝단의 제2 부착점에 부착하는 단계와,다수의 회전가능한 휠을 제공하는 단계와,상기 휠을 상기 스핀들 지지체에 하나씩 부착하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 휠을 상기 스핀들 지지체에 부착하는 것은 상기 스핀들 지지체와 상기 스핀들 끝단의 부착점으로부터 먼 지점에서 이루어지는 연속 가변 변속기용 스핀들 지지체와 동력 조절기 조립체의 제조 방법.
- 제9항의 방법에 있어서, 각 스핀들 지지체 당 2개씩인 다수의 지지체 롤러를 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 지지체 롤러를 상기 스핀들 지지체에 롤러 핀을 통해 작동가능하게 연결하는 방법.
- 연속 가변 변속기(CVT)의 속력비 조절을 위한 장치로서,상기 연속 가변 변속기의 동력 조절기용 회전축선을 제공하며 제1 스핀들 끝단과 제2 스핀들 끝단을 구비하는 스핀들과,제1 스핀들 지지체 끝단과 제2 스핀들 지지체 끝단을 구비하는 스핀들 지지체와,상기 연속 가변 변속기의 플랫폼의 볼록면에 연결하기 위해 상기 제2 스핀들 지지체 끝단에 결합된 수단을 포함하며,상기 제1 스핀들 지지체 끝단은 상기 제1 스핀들 끝단에 결합되는 장치.
- 제11항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 제2 스핀들 지지체 끝단에 결합된 수단은 휠을 구비하는 장치.
- 제11항의 장치에 있어서, 상기 제2 스핀들 지지체 끝단에 결합된 수단은 구름 접촉에 접합한 표면을 구비하는 장치.
- 연속 가변 변속기(CVT)의 속력비를 조절하는 방법으로서,상기 연속 가변 변속기의 동력 조절기용 다수의 스핀들을 제공하는 단계와,적어도 하나의 스핀들 지지체를 각 스핀들에 결합시키는 단계와,상기 스핀들 지지체가 상기 스핀들의 틸트 위치를 변화시키도록 상기 스핀들 지지체를 작동시킴으로써 상기 연속 가변 변속기의 속력비를 조절하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 각 스핀들은 동력 조절기의 회전축선을 제공하며,상기 스핀들 지지체는 실질적으로 상기 스핀들과 직각이며, 상기 스핀들 지지체는 상기 스핀들 지지체와 상기 스핀들이 결합된 지점으로부터 실질적으로 안쪽 으로 연장되는 방법.
- 제14항의 방법에 있어서, 상기 스핀들 지지체는 휠을 구비하는 방법.
- 제15항의 방법에 있어서, 상기 휠은 상기 스핀들 지지체의 끝단에 위치하며, 상기 스핀들 지지체는 상기 스핀들 지지체와 상기 스핀들이 결합된 지점으로부터 안쪽으로 반경방향을 따라 연장된 방법.
- 제14항의 방법에 있어서, 상기 속력비를 조절하는 단계는 상기 스핀들 지지체를 상기 연속 가변 변속기의 플랫폼에 결합시키는 단계를 구비하며, 상기 플랫폼은 볼록면을 구비하는 방법.
- 제17항의 방법에 있어서, 상기 속력비를 조절하는 단계는 상기 플랫폼의 축방향 이동을 야기하는 단계를 구비하는 방법.
- 제18항의 방법에 있어서, 상기 속력비를 조절하는 단계는 지지 부재를 제공하는 단계를 구비하며, 상기 지지 부재는 동력 조절기와 접촉하여 위치하며, 상기 플랫폼과 함께 축방향을 따라 이동하는 방법.
- 연속 가변 변속기(CVT)용 동력 조절기 조립체로서,중심 구멍을 구비하는 동력 조절기와,상기 중심 구멍에 위치하고 상기 동력 조절기의 회전축선을 제공하며 각각 상기 중심 구멍을 지나서 연장되는 제1 스핀들 끝단과 제2 스핀들 끝단을 구비하는 스핀들과,상기 제1, 제2 스핀들 끝단 각각에 하나씩 마련되는 스핀들 롤러와,상기 제1, 제2 스핀들 끝단 각각에 하나씩 마련되며, 각각이 상기 스핀들에 결합되고 상기 스핀들에 대해 실질적으로 직각이고 안쪽으로 반경방향으로 연장되는 스핀들 지지체와,각 스핀들 지지체 당 적어도 하나씩 마련되며, 상기 스핀들 지지체가 상기 스핀들과 결합되는 지점으로부터 먼 상기 스핀들 지지체의 끝단에 위치하는 휠을 포함하며,상기 휠의 회전축선은 상기 스핀들 롤러의 회전축선과 실질적으로 직각인 조립체.
- 제20항의 동력 조절기 조립체에 있어서, 상기 스핀들 지지체에 결합된 지지체 롤러를 더 포함하며, 상기 지지체 롤러는 상기 스핀들 지지체에서 상기 휠의 위치와 상기 스핀들 롤러의 위치 사이의 지점에 위치하는 조립체.
- 제21항의 동력 조절기 조립체에 있어서, 상기 지지체 롤러의 회전축선은 상기 스핀들 롤러의 회전축선과 실질적으로 직각인 조립체.
