Claims (12)
- 다수의 화소들을 포함하는 화소부와,상기 화소들 사이에 제1 방향으로 배열되어 상기 화소들로 제어신호를 공급하는 제어선들과,상기 화소들 사이에 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 배열되어 상기 화소들로 데이터신호를 공급하는 데이터선들을 포함하며,상기 화소들 사이에 배치되며 상기 제어선들 각각에 적어도 하나씩 형성되는 버퍼 회로들을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어선들은, 상기 화소들로 주사신호를 공급하는 주사선들 또는 상기 화소들로 발광 제어신호를 공급하는 발광 제어선들인 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 회로들은, 제1 전원(VDD)과 제2 전원(VSS) 사이에 직렬 연결되는 서로 다른 타입의 트랜지스터들을 각각 구비하며 서로 종속적으로 연결되는 제1 및 제2 인버터를 포함하고,상기 제어선들 각각은 상기 버퍼 회로가 위치되는 영역에서 상기 버퍼 회로를 경유하여 상기 제1 방향으로의 전기적 연결을 유지하는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제어선들 각각은 상기 버퍼 회로가 위치되는 영역에서 그 일부가 물리적으로 단선되어, 단선된 단부가 각각 상기 제1 인버터의 입력단과 상기 제2 인버터의 출력단에 접속되어 상기 제1 방향으로의 전기적 연결을 유지하며,상기 제어선들과 상기 제2 인버터의 출력단은 서로 다른 레이어에 위치되어 컨택홀을 통해 전기적으로 연결되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제어선들과 상기 제2 인버터의 출력단은 서로 다른 도전물질로 형성된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 회로들은 상기 화소부 내에서 적어도 하나의 열을 형성하도록 상기 제어선들 각각의 동일한 열에 배치된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 화소부 내에는, 상기 버퍼 회로들로 제1 전원(VDD)을 공급하는 제1 전원선과, 상기 버퍼 회로들로 제2 전원(VSS)을 공급하는 제2 전원선이 더 형성되며,상기 제1 및 제2 전원선은 상기 버퍼 회로들의 양측에 열 방향으로 형성된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 회로들은 상기 화소부의 적어도 일 영역 내에서 지그재그 형상으로 배치된 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 화소부 내에는, 상기 버퍼 회로들로 제1 전원(VDD)을 공급하는 제1 전원선과, 상기 버퍼 회로들로 제2 전원(VSS)을 공급하는 제2 전원선이 더 형성되며,상기 제1 및 제2 전원선은 상기 화소들의 상단에 행 방향으로 배열되어 자신과 인접한 상기 버퍼 회로들과 연결되고, 상기 화소부의 양측으로부터 상기 제1 및 제2 전원을 공급받는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 버퍼 회로들은 상기 제어선들 각각에 일정 간격으로 다수 배치되며, 연속적인 행에서 동일한 열에 위치되지 않도록 배치되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 화소부 내에는, 상기 버퍼 회로들로 제1 전원(VDD)을 공급하는 제1 전원선과, 상기 버퍼 회로들로 제2 전원(VSS)을 공급하는 제2 전원선이 더 형성되며,상기 제1 및 제2 전원선은 상기 화소들의 상단에 행방향으로 배열되며, 상기 제어선들 각각에서 상기 버퍼 회로들을 기준으로 서로 교번적으로 배치되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전원선은 상기 화소부 내에 메쉬(mesh) 타입으로 배치되는 유기전계발광 표시장치.
