Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- a) 하나 이상의 탄성(compliant) 고체 산화물 시트 섹션에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 형성된 밀봉된 내부를 갖는 패킷 요소;b) 상기 밀봉된 내부에 배치되며, 탄성 고체 산화물 시트 섹션의 내부 표면상에 지지된 하나 이상의 애노드;c) 상기 내부 표면상의 애노드와 일반적으로 대립 위치에서 상기 탄성 고체 산화물 시트 섹션의 외부 표면에 지지된 하나 이상의 캐소드;d) 상기 밀봉된 내부로 연료 가스를 공급하기 위한 연료 운반 수단; 및e) 조립체로부터 전기 전류를 끌어들이기 위하여 상기 애노드 및 캐소드에 연결된 전기 전도 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기력-발생 고체 산화물 연료 셀 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 탄성 고체 산화물 시트 섹션은 복수의 애노드 및 캐소드를 지지하며, 상기 전기 전도 수단은 전기 직렬연결 또는 병렬연결로 상기 애노드 및 캐소드를 연결하는 전기 전도 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- a) 하나 이상의 탄성 고체 산화물 시트 섹션에 의해 적어도 부분적으로 형성된 밀봉된 내부를 갖는 패킷 요소;b) 상기 고체 산화물 시트를 엣지-지지하는 프레임 요소;c) 상기 밀봉된 내부에 배치되며, 탄성 고체 산화물 시트 섹션의 내부 표면상에 지지된 하나 이상의 애노드;d) 상기 내부 표면상의 애노드와 일반적으로 대립 위치에서 상기 탄성 고체 산화물 시트 섹션의 외부 표면상에 지지된 하나 이상의 캐소드;e) 상기 밀봉된 내부로 연료 가스를 공급하기 위한 상기 프레임 요소를 통한 연료 운반 도관; 및f) 조립체로부터 전기 전류를 끌어들이기 위하여 상기 애노드 및 캐소드에 연결된 전기 전도 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 산화물 연료 셀용 전기력-발생 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프레임은 조성물 또는 열팽창계수가 상이한 적어도 2가지 물질로 형성된 복합물 또는 라미네이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프레임은 하나 이상의 금속으로 구성되며, 상기 프레임 상의 전부 또는 표면의 일부에 산화물 코팅층을 포함하며, 상기 코팅층은 상기 애노드 및/또는 상기 캐소드로의 크롬 이동을 감소시키는데 효과적인 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프레임은 상기 패킷 요소내의 열구배를 제어하기 위한 수동 수단을 포함하며, 상기 수동 수단은 (a) 고체 산화물 시트 섹션이 봉합되는 프레임내의 리세스(recess), (b) 상기 고체 산화물 시트 섹션의 주변 엣지 영역에 인접하여 걸린 프레임 엣지부, 및 (c) 상기 고체 산화물 시트부의 주변 엣지부 근처에 위치되거나 또는 상기 엣지부의 맞은편에 위치되는 절연체 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고체 산화물 시트의 주변 엣지는 상기 프레임 요소의 파형 금속 섹션(corrugated metal section)에 부착되며, 상기 파형 금속 섹션은 2-축, 단일-축, 방사 및 동심 변형 릴리프(relief) 패턴으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 변형 릴리프 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고체 산화물 시트 섹션은 변형 릴리프용 파형을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체.
- 복수개가 적층된 제3항에 따른 전기력-발생 조립체를 포함하는 연료 셀 스택.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 연료 셀 스택은 (a) 조립체의 연료 운반 도관을 상호연결하는 기밀된(gas-tight) 봉합 요소를 포함하는 외부 또는 내부 매니폴딩; 및 (b) 복수개가 적층된 조립체에 공기를 공급하기 위한 매니폴드된 공기 운반 도관 중 적어도 하나를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 셀 스택.
