Claims (11)
- 상면에 가스 흡기구를 개구한 펌프 케이스와,상기 펌프 케이스 내에 회전 가능하게 지지된 회전자 축과,상기 펌프 케이스 내에 수용되고, 상기 회전자 축에 고정된 회전자의 외주면에 일체 가공된 다수장의 회전자 블레이드와,상기 다수장의 회전자 블레이드 사이에 번갈아 위치 결정되고, 상기 펌프 케이스 내에 고정된 다수장의 고정자 블레이드와,상기 회전자축을 회전시키기 위한 구동 모터를 구비하고,상기 회전자의 내주면 및 외주면에는 무전해 도금에 의한 부식 방지 피막이 형성되고, 또한 상기 회전자의 내주면에 내열성 및 내부식성을 갖는 접착제 또는 도료를 도포한 질량 부가 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내열성 및 내부식성을 갖는 접착제는 에폭시 수지, 규소 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리이미드 수지 등으로부터 선택되는 합성 수지 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 내열성 및 내부식성을 갖는 접착제는, SUS 분말, 또는 산화 알루미늄(AL2O3), 산화 규소(SiO2), 산화 크롬(Cr2O3) 등의 금속 산화물로 이루어지는 세라믹 섬유가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내열성 및 내부식성을 갖는 도료는 알키드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 상면에 가스 흡기구를 개구한 펌프 케이스와,상기 펌프 케이스 내에 회전 가능하게 지지된 회전자 축과,상기 펌프 케이스 내에 수용되고, 상기 회전자 축에 고정된 회전자의 외주면에 일체 가공된 다수장의 회전자 블레이드와,상기 다수장의 회전자 블레이드 사이에 번갈아 위치 결정되고, 상기 펌프 케이스 내에 고정된 다수장의 고정자 블레이드와,상기 회전자축을 회전시키기 위한 구동 모터를 구비하고,상기 회전자의 내주면 및 외주면에는 무전해 도금에 의한 부식 방지 피막이 형성되고, 또한 상기 회전자의 내주면에 형성된 홈에 내열성 및 내부식성을 갖는 접착제 또는 도료를 충전한 질량 부가 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 내열성 및 내부식성을 갖는 접착제는 에폭시 수지, 규소 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리이미드 수지 등으로부터 선택되는 합성 수지 접착제인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 내열성 및 내부식성을 갖는 접착제는, SUS 분말, 또는 산화 알루미늄(AL2O3), 산화 규소(SiO2), 산화 크롬(Cr2O3) 등의 금속 산화물로 이루어지는 세라믹 섬유가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.

- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 질량 부가 수단은 회전자의 내주면이 단면의 요철이 없는 평탄한 면이 되도록 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 상면에 가스 흡기구를 개구한 펌프 케이스와,상기 펌프 케이스 내에 회전 가능하게 지지된 회전자 축과,상기 펌프 케이스 내에 수용되고, 상기 회전자 축에 고정된 회전자의 외주면 에 일체 가공된 다수장의 회전자 블레이드와,상기 다수장의 회전자 블레이드 사이에 번갈아 위치 결정되고, 상기 펌프 케이스 내에 고정된 다수장의 고정자 블레이드와,상기 회전자축을 회전시키기 위한 구동 모터를 구비하고,상기 회전자축과 회전자를 고정하는 볼트의 좌금을 스테인레스에 의해 회전자 축 외주에 링 형상으로 일체 성형하고, 또한 좌금의 내주에 나사, 락킹 핀, 부시 등으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1개의 추를 장착한 질량 부가 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 추의 축심에 가스 빠짐 구멍을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 펌프.
