Claims (14)
- 하기 탄성체성 스티렌 중합체와, 성분 (B1), 성분 (B2) 및 성분 (B3)를 98/2 내지 80/20의 질량비로 함유하는 수지 조성물로 이루어진 시트:탄성체성 스티렌 중합체: (I) 스티렌 단량체 단위 20 내지 80 질량%, (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위 80 내지 20 질량% 및 상기 단량체들과 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 단량체 단위 0 내지 10 질량%를 함유하는 공중합체의 연속상40 내지 95 질량부, 및 (II) 스티렌 단량체 단위 20 내지 80 질량%, (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위 80 내지 20 질량% 및 상기 단량체들과 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 단량체 단위 0 내지 10 질량%를 함유하는 공중합체의 그래프트분지 (graft branch) 20 내지 90 질량부가 10 내지 80 질량부의 탄성체에 그래프트된 그래프트 공중합체의 분산상 60 내지 5 질량부를 함유하며,상기 분산상의 부피 평균 입자 크기는 0.1 내지 0.6 ㎛이고, 연속상과 분산상의 굴절률의 차이는 0.05 이하인 탄성체성 스티렌 중합체;성분(B1): 탄소수가 6 이상인 아미노카르복실산, 락탐, 또는 탄소수가 6 이상인, 디아민과 카르복실산의 염;성분(B2): 하기 화학식 1 내지 3에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 디올 화합물:[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3][식 중, R1 은 산화에틸렌기이고, R2는 산화에틸렌기 또는 산화프로필렌기이고, Y는 공유결합, C1-6 알킬렌기, C1-6 알킬리덴기, C7-17 시클로알킬리덴기, C7-17 아릴알킬리덴기, O, SO, SO2, CO, S, CF2, C(CF 3)2 또는 NH이고, XL에서 L은 1 내지 4의 정수이고, m 및 n 각각은 16 이상의 정수임];성분 (B3): C4-20 디카르복실산이 공중합된 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드.
- 열가소성 수지 (C)로 이루어진 기재층 (substrate layer) 및, 상기 기재층의 하나 이상의 면에 형성된, 제 1 항에서 정의된 수지 조성물로 이루어진 표면층 (surface layer)을 포함하는 다층 시트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기재층이 하기 탄성체성 스티렌 중합체로 이루어진 것인 다층 시트:탄성체성 스티렌 중합체: (I) 스티렌 단량체 단위 20 내지 80 질량%, (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위 80 내지 20 질량% 및 상기 단량체들과 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 단량체 단위 0 내지 10 질량%를 함유하는 공중합체의 연속상40 내지 95 질량부, 및 (II) 스티렌 단량체 단위 20 내지 80 질량%, (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위 80 내지 20 질량% 및 상기 단량체들과 공중합가능한 다른 비닐 단량체 단위 0 내지 10 질량%를 함유하는 공중합체의 그래프트분지 (graft branch) 20 내지 90 질량부가 10 내지 80 질량부의 탄성체에 그래프트된 그래프트 공중합체의 분산상 60 내지 5 질량부를 함유하며;상기 분산상의 부피 평균 입자 크기는 0.1 내지 0.6 ㎛이고, 연속상과 분산상의 굴절률의 차이는 0.05 이하인 탄성체성 스티렌 중합체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 기재층이 하기 성분(D)로 이루어진 것인 다층 시트:성분(D): 스티렌 단량체 단위 35 내지 75 질량% 및 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위 65 내지 25 질량% 를 함유하는 연속상 99 내지 85 질량부, 및 탄성체의 분산상 1 내지 15 질량부를 함유하는 탄성체성 스티렌 중합체.
- 하기를 포함하는 다층 시트:스티렌 단량체 단위 30 내지 50 질량% 및 부타디엔 단량체 단위 70 내지 50질량%를 함유하는 탄성체의 분산상 1 내지 20 질량부, 및 스티렌 단량체 단위 35 내지 75 질량% 및 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위 65 내지 25 질량%를 함유하는 중합체의 연속상 99 내지 80 질량부를 함유하는 탄성체성 스티렌 중합체의 기재층; 및상기 기재층의 각 면에 형성된, 스티렌 단량체 단위 35 내지 75 질량% 및 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위 65 내지 25 질량%를 함유하는 스티렌 중합체의 표면층.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌 중합체가 스티렌 단량체 단위 30 내지 50 질량% 및 부타디엔 단량체 단위 70 내지 50 질량%를 함유하는 탄성체의 분산상 3 질량부 이하, 및 스티렌 단량체 단위 및 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 단위를 함유하는 중합체의 연속상 97 내지 100 질량부 미만을 함유하는 것인 시트.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 총 두께가 50 내지 2,000 ㎛이고, 표면층의 두께가 총 두께의 3 내지 20%인 시트.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 25℃에서 표면층의 굴절률이 기재층의 굴절률의 ±0.01의 범위 내인 시트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 시트를 포함하는 성형품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 시트를 포함하는 전자 부품 포장 용기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 시트를 포함하는 식료품 포장 용기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 시트를 포함하는 엠보싱된 캐리어 테이프 (embossed carrier tape).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 시트를 포함하는 연질 트레이 (soft tray).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 시트를 포함하는 전자 부품 팩키지 (package).
