Claims (6)
- 미세유로를 갖는 수지제 마이크로 화학 칩의 제조방법에 있어서, 금속지지 기판의 한 면에 포토레지스트 피막을 형성하고, 상기 포토레지스트 피막상에 유로패턴형성용 포토마스크를 적층시키고, 포토 페브리케이션 기법에 의해 미세구조 포토레지스트 패턴을 금속지지 기판상에 형성하여 평판형상 주형을 이루고, 상기 평판형상 주형 또는 평판형상 주형을 분할한 주형개편을 수지 성형용 외형틀형의 바닥에 배치하고, 수지를 수지성형용 외형틀형에 유입하여 경화시켜 주형에 의해 형성된 미세유로를 갖는 수지구조체를 작성하고, 미세유로의 뚜껑이 되는 평판에 상기 미세유로를 갖는 수지구조체를 붙이는 것으로 이루어지는 수지제 마이크로 화학 칩의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평판형상 주형은, 1개의 수지제 마이크로 화학 칩 제조용 주형의 개편을 종횡행렬 형상으로 복수개 배열한 주형 개편군으로 이루어지는 주형인, 수지제 마이크로 화학 칩의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 사용하는 평판형상 주형이, 복수의 주형개편으로 분할 가능한 경계선을 갖는 구조인, 수지제 마이크로 화학 칩의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포토레지스트 피막이 드라이필름 포토레지스트인, 수지제 마이크로 화학 칩의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 미세유로를 갖는 수지구조체와 미세유로의 뚜껑이 되는 평판의 재질이 같은, 수지제 마이크로 화학 칩의 제조방법.
