Claims (8)
- 실린더 헤드의 배기 포트와 머플러를 연결하는 배기관의 도중에 촉매 챔버를 배치한 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조에 있어서,상기 촉매 챔버의 출입구에 대응한 배기 통로 중, 한쪽의 배기 통로의 통로 방향으로 촉매의 축심을 맞추고, 다른 쪽의 배기 통로를 촉매의 길이 방향의 폭 내로 개구시키고,상기 다른 쪽의 배기 통로를, 상기 촉매 챔버에서의 촉매로부터 오프셋한 위치에 통하게 하고,상기 촉매 챔버에 팽출부를 설치하고, 이 팽출부에 상기 다른 쪽의 배기 통로를 통하게 하여, 배기 가스가 상기 팽출부의 내벽을 향하여 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 한쪽의 배기 통로의 축심을 따라 상기 촉매를 배치하고, 이 촉매의 측면에 상기 다른 쪽의 배기 통로의 개구가 되는 촉매 챔버 측면의 개구를 면하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 촉매 챔버 측면의 개구를 배기 포트를 향하는 개구로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 촉매를 촉매 챔버의 오목부에 유지한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 팽출부는 상기 엔진의 실린더 블록과 크랭크 케이스에 따르도록 엔진 측으로 팽출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 다른 쪽의 배기 통로를, 상기 촉매 챔버의 주위를 돌아서 상기 촉매 챔버의 측면으로 이어지는 형상으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수평 엔진의 실린더 하방에 촉매 챔버를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 이륜차의 촉매 배치 구조.
