Description
Claims (5)
- 유전체 세라믹스의 소자 본체 내부에 설치된 복수의 전극에 의하여 소정의 필터회로가 구성되고, 2개의 입출력단자의 각각과 상기 필터회로의 입출력단의 각각과의 사이에 직렬로 배치되어 한쪽 끝이 상기 입출력단자에 접속되어 있는 2개의 커패시터를 구비한 적층 필터에 있어서,상기 입출력단자와 상기 각 커패시터의 한쪽 끝과의 사이에 직렬로 개재하는 2개의 인덕터를 상기 소자 본체 내부에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 인덕터는 권회형 인덕터인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 필터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 각 입출력단자의 각각에 한쪽 끝이 접속된 인덕터의 다른쪽 끝 사이에 2개 이상의 커패시터가 직렬 접속되어 있음과 동시에,상기 커패시터끼리의 접속점과 접지점과의 사이에 접속된 인덕터와 커패시터와의 직렬 회로를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 필터.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 각 입출력단자의 각각에 한쪽 끝이 접속된 2개의 인덕터의 다른쪽 끝사이에 직렬 접속된 2개 이상의 커패시터가 겹치도록 상기 제 1 영역에 배치되고, 한쪽의 입출력단자에 접속된 제 1 인덕터가 상기 제 1 영역에 인접하는 상기 제 2 영역에 배치되며,다른쪽의 입출력단자에 접속된 제 2 인덕터는 상기 제 1 영역을 사이에 두고 상기 제 2 영역에 대칭인 위치에 존재하는 상기 제 3 영역에 배치되고,상기 인덕터의 다른쪽 끝 사이에 직렬 접속되어 있는 커패시터끼리의 접속점과 접지점과의 사이에 접속된 인덕터와 커패시터의 직렬 회로가 상기 제 1 내지 제 3 영역에 인접하는 상기 제 4 영역에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 필터.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 적층 필터에 IC를 실장하여 모듈화한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자부품.
