- 오퍼레이터의 수행을 향상시키도록 차량의 오퍼레이터에게 통보하는 방법에 있어서,상기 차량의 동작 상태에 관련하여 상기 차량으로부터 차량 동작 데이터를 수신하는 단계;상기 차량의 내부를 모니터링하고, 상기 내부에서 상기 오퍼레이터의 활동들에 관련하여 상기 차량의 내부로부터 오퍼레이터 활동 데이터를 수신하는 단계;상기 차량에 대한 외부적인 환경으로부터 차량 환경 데이터를 수신하는 단계;상기 차량 오퍼레이터를 모니터링하고, 상기 차량 오퍼레이터의 상태에 관한 오퍼레이터 상태 데이터를 수신하는 단계;오퍼레이터 인지 부하(operator cognitive load)를 추정하는 단계; 및차량 정보를 상기 오퍼레이터에게 선택적으로 통보하도록 상기 오퍼레이터 인지 부하에 기초하여 상기 차량 정보에 우선 순위를 부여하는 단계를 포함하는, 통보 방법.

- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 차량 상태 데이터는, 차량 속도, 차량 가속도, 스로틀 애플리케이션(throttle application), 브레이크 애플리케이션, 핸들 입력, 스로틀 포지션, 스로틀 포지션의 변경 비율, 부가적인 사용가능한 스로틀 입력, 스로틀 애플리케이터 압력, 브레이크 포지션, 브레이크 포지션의 변경 비율, 부가적인 사용가능한 브레이크 입력, 브레이크 애플리케이터 압력, 핸들 포지션, 상기 핸들 포지션의 변경 비율, 상기 핸들에 인가된 오퍼레이터 압력 및 부가적인 사용가능한 조정 입력 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 정보 제공 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 인지 부하를 추정하는 단계는 특정 작업을 관리하기 위해 필요한 일의 양을 결정하는 것을 포함하는, 통보 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 오퍼레이터 활동 데이터는 운전 제어들, 텔레매틱스 제어들, 점유자 안락 제어들, 인포테이먼트 제어들, 및 통신 제어들 중 적어도 하나에 관한 사용 데이터를 포함하는, 정보 제공 장치.

- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 표시는 시각적 표시, 오디오 표시, 촉각적 표시, 미리 레코딩된 메세지, 및 우선 순위화된 정보(prioritized information) 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 정보 제공 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 표시는 오퍼레이터 작업 및 에이전트 작업 중 하나를 전달하는, 정보 제공 장치.
