- 발광 다이오드(11);575 내지 620 nm의 피크 방출 파장을 갖는 제 1 발광 물질;제 1 발광 물질과 상이한, 495 내지 550nm의 피크 방출 파장을 갖는 제 2 발광 물질; 및제 1 발광 물질 및 제 2 발광 물질과 상이한, 420 내지 480nm의 피크 방출 파장을 갖는 제 3 발광 물질을 포함하는 백색 조명 시스템으로서,상기 제 1, 제 2 및 제 3 발광 물질이 조합되어 상기 백색 조명 시스템의 표면상에 위치되며, 상기 발광 다이오드(11)에 의해 방출된 방사선을 흡수 및 방출하는, 백색 조명 시스템.
- 청구항 2은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 1 항에 있어서,시스템에 의해 방출된 백색광(23)이 발광 다이오드(11)에 의해 방출된 가시광 성분을 갖지 않는, 백색 조명 시스템.

- 제 13 항에 있어서,인광체 배합물(21)이Sr2P2O7:Eu2+,Mn2+ 인광체 55 내지 75중량%;(Ba,Sr,Ca)2SiO4:Eu2+ 인광체 11 내지 22중량%; 및(Sr,Ba,Ca,Mg)5(PO4)3Cl:Eu2+ 인광체 13 내지 22중량%를 포함하는, 백색 조명 시스템.

- 제 18 항에 있어서,제 1, 제 2, 제 3 및 제 4 인광체가 인광체 배합물(21)중에 산재되어 있고;발광 다이오드(11) 피크 방출 파장이 360 내지 420nm이고;입사 발광 다이오드 방사선(25)에 반응하여 인광체 배합물(21)에 의해 방출된 백색광(23)이 3000K 내지 4100K의 색 온도, 90 초과의 CRI 및 200 lm/W 초과의 효능을 포함하는, 백색 조명 시스템.
- 제 19 항에 있어서,인광체 배합물이Sr2P2O7:Eu2+,Mn2+ 인광체 11 내지 43중량%;(Ba,Sr,Ca)2SiO4:Eu2+ 인광체 9 내지 15중량%;(Sr,Ba,Ca,Mg)5(PO4)3Cl:Eu2+ 인광체 6 내지 14중량%; 및3.5MgO*0.5MgF2 *GeO2:Mn4+ 인광체 30 내지 71중량%를 포함하는, 백색 조명 시스템.
