Claims (5)
- 생물학적 시료를 포함하는 용액을 보유하기 위한 용액 저장소부와,복수의 기판이 배열될 수 있는 가공 테이블과,상기 용액 저장소부로부터 취한 용액을 보유하고 상기 기판 상에 상기 용액의 스폿을 형성하기 위한 복수의 마이크로 배열 헤드와,상기 마이크로 배열 헤드 중 하나 상에서 세척, 헹굼 및 건조를 수행하기 위한 세척부, 헹굼부 및 건조부와,상기 용액 저장소부, 상기 가공 테이블, 및 상기 세척부, 헹굼부 및 건조부를 포함한 영역에 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드 중 하나를 이송하고 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드에 2차원 좌표를 제공하기 위한 이송 유닛을 포함하고,상기 이송 유닛은 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드 중 하나를 상기 세척부, 헹굼부 및 건조부 상에 이송하기 위한 제1 이송 유닛과, 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드 중 하나를 상기 가공 테이블 상에 이송하기 위한 제2 이송 유닛을 가지고,상기 마이크로 배열 헤드는 상기 제1 이송 유닛과 상기 제2 이송 유닛 사이에 반송되는 마이크로배열기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기판에 근접 또는 이격되는 방향으로 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드 중 하나를 이동시키고 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드가 상기 기판 상에서 스폿을 형성하게 하는 이동 유닛을 더 포함하고, 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드의 각각은 상기 이동 유닛에 제거가능하게 부착될 수 있는 마이크로배열기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 이송 유닛과 제2 이송 유닛중 하나는 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드를 파지하기 위한 복수의 파지부와 상기 복수의 파지부를 선회시키기 위한 선회부를 가지고,상기 선회부는 상기 제1 이송 유닛으로부터 상기 제2 이송 유닛으로 마이크로 배열 헤드의 반송과 상기 제2 이송 유닛으로부터 상기 제1 이송 유닛으로 마이크로 배열 헤드의 반송이 각각 설정된 위치에서 수행되도록 선회하는 마이크로배열기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2 이송 유닛에 의해 지지되는 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드의 위치와 자세 중 적어도 하나를 검출하기 위한 검출 유닛과,상기 제2 이송 유닛에 대해 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드의 위치와 자세 중 적어도 하나를 변경하기 위한 자세 변경 유닛과,상기 검출 유닛에 의해 검출된 상기 마이크로 배열 헤드의 자세에 의거하여 상기 자세 변경 유닛을 작동시키기 위한 제어 유닛을 더 포함하는 마이크로배열기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용액 저장소부는 상기 용액을 보유하기 위한 복수의 용액 보유판과, 상기 용액 보유판을 수납하기 위한 카세트와, 상기 카세트로부터 상기 용액 보유판중 하나를 인출하여 상기 인출된 용액 보유판을 소정의 위치로 이송하기 위한 판 이송 기구를 가지는 마이크로배열기.
