- 택사 10.4 중량%, 어성초 8.3 중량%, 초결명자 8.3 중량%, 산수유 8.3 중량%, 오미자 8.3 중량%, 복령 6.3 중량%, 백출 6.3 중량%, 저령 6.3 중량%, 목단 6.3 중량%, 황백 4.2 중량%, 강활 4.2 중량%, 황기 4.2 중량%, 천궁 4.2 중량%, 방풍 4.2 중량%, 황금 4.2 중량%, 희첨 4.2 중량%, 육계 1.8 중량%로 혼합한 한약재 식물 원료를 1㎝로 잘라 수세한 후, 상기 원료 1 kg당 20 L의 물로 5시간 열수추출하고 미세여과포로 여과하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 고혈압 예방 및 지질대사 개선용 한약재 식물추출물.
- 1차 숙성한 간장을 액분리한 후 택사 10.4 중량%, 어성초 8.3 중량%, 초결명자 8.3 중량%, 산수유 8.3 중량%, 오미자 8.3 중량%, 복령 6.3 중량%, 백출 6.3 중량%, 저령 6.3 중량%, 목단 6.3 중량%, 황백 4.2 중량%, 강활 4.2 중량%, 황기 4.2 중량%, 천궁 4.2 중량%, 방풍 4.2 중량%, 황금 4.2 중량%, 희첨 4.2 중량%, 육계 1.8 중량%로 구성된 상기 제 1항 기재의 한약재 식물 추출물을 상기 간장 100 kg당 3 L의 양으로 첨가, 혼합한 다음 간장독 속에 넣고 8~20일간 방치하면서 재숙성하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 고혈압 예방 및 지질대사 개선용 기능성 간장의 제조방법.
- 상기 제 2항에 기재한 방법에 의하여 제조된 고혈압 예방 및 지질대사 개선용 기능성 간장.
