Claims (7)
- 배향막 형성에 사용되는 액체 재료의 희석 방법으로서,상기 액체 재료에 소정의 용해 파라미터를 갖는 희석액을 첨가함으로써 상기 액체 재료를 희석하여, 상기 액체 재료에서의 백탁(白濁) 및 고형분의 석출을 방지하고,상기 희석액은 상기 액체 재료의 용해 파라미터와 동일한 용해 파라미터를 갖는 용매인 배향막 형성에 사용되는 액체 재료의 희석 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액체 재료는 복수 종류의 용매를 함유하고,상기 희석액은 상기 액체 재료에 함유되는 상기 복수 종류의 용매 중의 하나의 용매이며, 상기 액체 재료의 용해 파라미터와 동일한 용해 파라미터를 갖는 배향막 형성에 사용되는 액체 재료의 희석 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 희석액은 상기 액체 재료와 동일한 용해 파라미터를 갖는 동시에 상기 액체 재료에 함유되지 않는 용매인 배향막 형성에 사용되는 액체 재료의 희석 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 희석 방법을 이용하여 희석된 액체 재료를 액적 토출법을 이용하여 기판 위에 배치하는 액정 장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 액정 장치를 구비하는 전자 기기.
