Claims (5)
- 전후진 변속부와 부 변속부 사이에 주 변속부를 구비하는 트랙터의 변속장치에 있어서,상기 주 변속부(10)는,상기 전후진 변속부의 출력축에 연결되어 주 변속부(10)에 동력을 전달하는 주 구동기어(51)를 구비하는 구동축(50);상기 구동축(50)에 평행하면서 구동축(50)의 주 구동기어(51)에 제1피동기어(100a)로써 맞물려서 회전하는 제1 부축(100);상기 구동축(50)을 사이에 두고 상기 제1 부축(100)에 평행하면서 상기 구동축(50)의 주 구동기어(51)에 제2피동기어(200a)로써 맞물려서 회전하는 제2 부축(200);상기 제1 부축(100)과 제2 부축(200) 사이에 제1 부축(100) 및 제2 부축(200)과 서로 평행하게 배치되고, 상기 제1 부축(100) 및 제2 부축(200)으로부터의 동력을 상기 부 변속부로 출력하는 출력축(300);상기 제1 부축(100) 상에 일정한 간격을 두고 회전가능하게 설치되며 기어 잇수가 상이한 제1 구동기어(101) 및 제2 구동기어(102);상기 제2 부축(200) 상에 일정한 간격을 두고 회전가능하게 설치되며 기어 잇수가 상이한 제3 구동기어(201) 및 제4 구동기어(202);상기 제1 부축(100)의 제1 구동기어(101) 및 제2 부축(200)의 제3 구동기어(201)와 상시 맞물리는 상태로 상기 출력축(300)에 일체로 회전되도록 설치되는 제1 출력기어(301);상기 제1 부축(100)의 제2 구동기어(102) 및 제2 부축(200)의 제4 구동기어(202)와 상시 맞물리는 상태로 상기 출력축(300)에 일체로 회전되도록 설치되는 제2 출력기어(302);상기 제1 부축(100)의 제1 구동기어(101)와 제2 구동기어(102) 사이에 배치되어 상기 제1 구동기어(101)에 연결되는 상태, 중립 상태 및 상기 제2 구동기어(102)에 연결되는 상태로 선택적으로 동작하는 제1 클러치(110); 및상기 제2 부축(200)의 제3 구동기어(201)와 제4 구동기어(202) 사이에 배치되어 상기 제3 구동기어(201)에 연결되는 상태, 중립 상태 및 상기 제4 구동기어(202)에 연결되는 상태로 선택적으로 동작하는 제2 클러치(210)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 변속장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 클러치(110) 및 제2 클러치(210)는 유압 다판식 클러치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 변속장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 출력축(300)과 평행하면서 상기 부 변속부의 입력축의 역할을 하는 종동축(400)이 더 설치되고, 상기 종동축(400) 상에는 상기 출력축(300)의 제1 출력기어(301) 또는 제2 출력기어(302) 중 어느 하나의 기어에 맞물리는 종동기어(401)가 설치되어, 상기 출력축(300)의 동력이 상기 종동축(400)을 경유하여 부 변속부로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 변속장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 종동축(400) 상에는 종동축(400)으로부터 상기 부 변속부로 출력되는 동력을 추가적으로 변속하기 위한 추가 변속 치차 기구(500)가 더 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 변속장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 추가 변속 치차 기구(500)는,상기 종동축(400)과 평행한 공회전 축(510)이 더 설치되고, 상기 종동축(400)과 상기 공회전 축(510)에 감속 치차열(511, 512, 513, 514)이 설치되고, 상기 종동축(400)에 의한 동력을 그대로 부 변속부로 보내는 상태, 중립 상태, 상기 감속 치차열(511, 512, 513, 514)을 통한 동력을 부 변속부로 보내는 상태로 선택적으로 연결 가능한 클러치(520)가 설치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트 랙터의 변속장치.
