Claims (2)
- 전후진 변속부와 고속/저속 변속부를 변속기 케이스의 하나의 영역에 배치할 수 있는 트랙터의 변속 장치로서,엔진으로부터 동력을 전달받는 입력축(100)과, 공회전 축(200)과, 주 변속부로 동력을 전달하는 출력축(300)이 서로 평행하게 배치되고,상기 입력축(100)에는, 전진 구동기어(110)와 후진 구동기어(120)가 미끄럼 회전되도록 설치됨과 더불어, 상기 전진 구동기어(110)와 후진 구동기어(120) 사이에서 상기 전진 구동기어(110)와 입력축(100)을 연결하는 상태, 중립 상태 및 상기 후진 구동기어(120)와 입력축(100)을 연결하는 상태로 선택적으로 동작하는 전후진 클러치(501)가 설치되고,상기 공회전 축(200)에는, 상기 입력축(100)의 전진 구동기어(110)에 맞물리는 전진 피동기어(210) 및 상기 후진 구동기어(120)에 아이들 기어(220a)를 매개로 맞물리는 후진 피동기어(220)가 일체로 회전하도록 설치되고, 상기 전진 피동기어(210)와 상기 후진 피동기어(220) 사이에 고속 구동기어(230)와 저속 구동기어(240)가 미끄럼 회전되도록 설치됨과 더불어, 상기 고속 구동기어(230)와 공회전 축(200)을 연결하는 상태, 중립 상태 및 상기 저속 구동기어(240)와 공회전 축(200)을 연결하는 상태로 선택적으로 동작하는 고속/저속 클러치(502)가 설치되고,상기 출력축(300)에는, 상기 공회전축(200)의 고속 구동기어(230)와 저속 구 동기어(240)에 각각 맞물리는 고속 피동기어(310)와 저속 피동기어(320)가 일체로 회전하도록 설치되며,상기 전후진 클러치(501)의 전진 또는 후진 조작과 상기 고속/저속 클러치(502)의 고속 또는 저속 조작이 병행하여 수행되는 것에 의해, 상기 입력축(100)의 동력이 전진/고속, 전진/저속, 후진/고속, 후진/저속으로 변속 되어 출력축(300)을 통해 주 변속부로 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 변속장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전후진 클러치(501) 및 고속/저속 클러치(502)는 유압 다판식 클러치로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 트랙터의 변속장치.
